AT&T Store

I went to this store the other day to check it out, and WOW there is such a difference. It is refreshing to have great customer service. The reps there really helped me out and the store looked so nice and clean. Every one was very professional and I just can’t say enough normally I don’t write to many of these, but based on my experience here I had to! If your looking for a great AT&T store to go to this is the one and definitely worth the drive!

Jesus was very helpful and friendly and made me and my wife very comfortable during our visit. This is how customer service should always be. Until our next iPhone upgrade or mobile accessories needs. Thank you, Jesus!

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Tony's help and knowledge. He was extremely patient and thorough. Store was clean. The music playing was perfect. Happy customer and definitely will recommend this location and Tony.

Being a guy who's not comfortable of a million with new devices I was intrested in upgrading my
Old cell phone I've had for 6 years. I spoke with Lucy she was very patient with me long story shot I'm happy I'm upgrade it she took personal care in my needs and my finances.. Awesome experience.

Honestly, I'm kinda surprise of how helpful these guys were. Especially Rosvaldo (I think) and Michael in particular (give him a raise for sure). I usually avoid these places to save time and frustration but after I spend literally 3 hours on the phone with the corporate line with zero help I was very, very, very! annoyed, had to hang up and called the Rancho Cucamonga branch. He told me to come over ASAP so they can take care of my issue (adding a line and porting a number from Google voice). And so they did, took only 20 minutes and Michael even stay after his normal hours to help me out. Really appreciate it and thanks again!!

Lily and her manager did amazing they helped me out get new service and phones. I highly recommend to come here you will be so happy.

I went into the store to learn the balance on my Pro Max 11 - I just paid it off. So I purchased a new IPro Max 14. The sales associate was knowledgeable, professional and answered all my concerns. I had a great experience as always and a brand new phone!🙂

Contacted multiple stores to see if they had the iPhone model I was looking for in stock. This was the only store in the area that did. I immediately was greeted by Christian who assisted me with my upgrade. He made everything super easy and had me in and out in about 30 mins. Definitely one of the best sales reps I’ve had the pleasure to deal with from AT&T. Very knowledgeable and personable! Thanks again Christian! 🤙

Christian helped us upgrade our old phones, get an additional new line and got us on a better plan for a lower price. We didn't feel forced to get something we really didn't need, he was knowledgeable and explained all the details. Really appreciate the help, thank you.

Hugo assisted me with our family plan upgrade, he was very thorough and patient with all my questions. I got the best deal for our plan. I definitely recommend this place and Hugo for his excellent service.

Kendall was very attentive in meeting all of our cellphone needs. My husband and I came in to port a number over, transfer everything, and all that comes with that. Kendall was very patient and made sure everything was done efficiently and working properly before leaving. His service was outstanding and we need more people like Kendall. Therra was so helpful today with all my concerns, when there was a mix up with some account info. She also helped me upgrade my phone as well and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service from both Therra and Abel, whom did their best to get my issues fixed. They politely answered all my questions even though I took more than an hour of their time; they took their time to help me along all the steps I needed to take care of. Would definitely come back to this specific store for any other concerns despite the 20 min drive.

Went and replaced a stolen phone for the wife. Picked up the phone and Maranda was a great help. She set up the phone and dropped some great advice for insurance and future purchase ideas.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Taurus, Abel, and Lucia. Taurus was very knowledgeable and handled my shattered phone with care, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. My phone now works perfectly and was repaired in under 2 hours.

Abel assisted me when I returned to pick up my phone. He helped me set up an app to save storage space. I was then so excited to have my phone restored that I inquired with Lucia about some new accessories that she was more than willing to explain and find me the best value. I definitely recommend this location for quick and friendly service!

David was a very helpful person. Not only did he ensure that my questions were answered but that my order was fulfilled. He took the time to listen and overall, it made me happy. So I'm very thankful for that.

I had gone in yesterday and their customer service is beyond better than the other location my siblings and I been to. David and Nancy had helped my siblings and I out to transfer over. We tried at the Upland location but we weren’t really happy with the service there. Nancy and David got the job done quick we got our line and phones set up fast! They were really helpful and amazing I’m glad to have gone here! :)
