They did a good job of fitting you up and helping out. It does appear that their primary goal is shoes. The first thing that happened when I walked in was that an associate approached me and said we should get me on the treadmill. ....I hadn't even said why I was there yet, but I'm sure I was telegraphing a bit.

They'll stand you on a pad, measure your feet, and map out your foot. They'll point out why you might need insoles and will tell you if your feet are different sizes. Then they'll toss you on the treadmill for 15 seconds bare foot and figure out how firm your shoes should be to match how you run. It's all pretty helpful and doesn't feel too glammed up.

They'll give you insoles and snag some shoes for you and things progress as you'd expect.

They have a discount rack if you're looking for some cheaper shoes that might be slightly used, etc.

There's plenty of running clothing, socks, shorts, shirts, and so on, they all look pretty nice. I snagged some shorts and a few shirts. They even have water solutions, therapeutic items, and training stuff as well.

I'd say this place is a good place to go if you are running in any capacity. I enjoyed the experience very much. Note though that things can be a bit pricey when you're buying such specialized stuff, but so far every single thing I purchased feels like the real thing and was worth the price.

Heard about this store through word of mouth and it was me and my fiance's first time here. We're both training for our first half marathon and we're new to running. We were in need of new shoes and wanted to invest in getting some that would best fit our individual needs. I appreciated that they run several tests to provide information about your feet and suggestions on what shoes to buy based on the results. Jose helped us out and he was supportive and easy to talk to. He provided a bunch of different shoes for us to try on and gave helpful suggestions. We'll definitely be back!

Terry provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products (I was buying running shoes). The store is accessible, well laid out and carries a good amount of stock and can also order items not in the stock room. My feet were measured (scanned) and custom insoles moulded for me. I came away with two pairs and was delighted by my experience and the service received.

Really nice associates that helped me find great shoes. I live the technology they used to measure my feet, I really felt like I received first class treatment.

We came in at the end of a long day, and were somewhat in a rush to get two pairs of insoles and running shoes. Terry took great care of us, guiding us through the insole process and showing us shoes that fit our specific feet. We got what we needed and were in and out very quickly for how busy they were. Great , fast, and attentive customer service.
They will perform foot analysis and recommend / fit you with an appropriate shoe.
They even ordered shoe to be delivered right to my house.
Then quickly exchanged since I changed my mind in color. Very friendly!

I got really great help selecting a pair of running shoes to get this old body back into running. They analyzed my stride, made custom insoles, And gave me an opportunity to try several pairs of shoes with and without the custom insoles. It really allowed me to clearly identify the best combination for me. I signed up as a member. The cost of membership was more than offset by the savings on the shoes and inserts. Plus, it gives me future discounts and the opportunity to try the shoes on the road. My knees, my feet and my back thank RoadRunnerSports and specifically Terry.

Great Service as immediate contact upon entering and helpful salegirl with recommendation's and details about different shoes and right socks. I chose NB as always my favorite and walked away in new socks and a cloud!

Went to the store and JOSE was the ONLY one who took the time (although he has 10 mins left before shift ends) to assist me with the personalized shoe fitting assessment. Other staff didn’t wanna bother to help or they just pretend to be busy. FIVE STARS TO JOSE!

I will take into consideration that it was the day after Thanksgiving and that the associate “helping” me might have been recovering from the turkey feast. The sales experience and knowledge of the associate was disappointing. I have never had an associate bring out sneakers, walk away … only to return to ask if he could put the shoes back. He did not question what type of runner I was (endurance vs speed), trail vs road, have I had running injuries, am I training, etc. When I asked his thoughts and comparison between sneakers he just said ‘based on the fit finder results’. He could not speak to the differences /similarities. Instead he again asked if he could put the shoes back. What?!? There were 2 other customers in the store and enough associates. His demeanor was disheartening. I have never been to a running store with an associate so disengaged with a customer. It was very disappointing experience.
I did buy a pair of sneakers mainly because I was in need of a new pair and the price was reasonable.

The store had a great selection of shoes. Kayla was very helpful to my wife in browsing through her options and picking out the best shoe for her feet. She also helped me with a pair of shoes I bought at a different store in Florida. Deme was also very helpful in finalizing the transaction helping me with various purchase options. I highly recommend Road Runner Sports in their new location at 1646 Bascom Ave.

Kalli was super Helpful with choosing the best shoes for my feet. So many choices when you come in the store. I'm a runner and let me tell you, after I left the store yesterday with my new shoes my feet has never been happier and more comfortable. I appreciate her help a lot and the time she took to help me find the best comfortable shoes. I highly recommend going to them and you won't regret it. I will definitely be back.

John was very helpful with helping my Mother pick the right shoes for her. She loves her shoes and never had a comfortable shoes like that ever. John had one of the best customer service I've ever experienced in a long time. This man definitely needs a raise. Christian provided amazing support for both in-stock and finding/shipping items available online. I’ve been using Fleet Feet the last few years, but now that I know that Roadrunner is here, I will return. Thanks, gang!

Zain and His Manager were great! They were honest, prompt and very knowledgeable regarding shoes and foot care. I highly recommend them.

Great store. Terry was amazing. Helpful, knew his products and wasn’t pushy. Allowed us to make decisions and advised when necessary, down to the socks. Great service all around.

My experience was fantastic. Immediately greeted at the door, allowed breathing room to browse and when John came to help, he was courteous, knowledgeable and quick in getting all the styles we wanted to try. Wow this was the most amazing shoe experience I’ve ever had. They had every shoe in store to try on that I was curious about (besides the Nike Ultraboost 19!) and amazing technology in store to find out more more about your feet! I discovered I was a size larger than what i’vebeen wearing for years. John was amazing help, friendly and guided me to find exactly what me and my feet needed. He is a plethora of knowledge! I ended up buying the Adidas Solar boost but my next pair will be the Brooks Hyperion Tempo. Highly recommend this location and Road Runner Sports overall!

I came in on Sunday, July 16th just to look for new walking shoes. The service and knowledge shared by store associate, William was exceptional. He was professional, personable, and patient - all the qualities you want from an associate. Mind you, there were three of us in my party and the level of service was outstanding for each of us. He took time to explain everything about the Fit Finder analysis, which was very informative! Needless to say, we all walked out with new insoles and shoes. We will definitely recommend and come back again, hopefully William will assist us again! He is a great asset to your store and should be recognized. Thanks again, William!
