This review is long overdue. I have been purchasing my washers, TVs for my business, and other items from this specific store due to the amazing team. I will buy from Best buy for business nor other locations because of the people that work here. I always come and buy my home appliances from Elex, who is always eager to assist me with a smile on his face. This establishment is lucky to have a staff member like Elex, who delivers "Ritz Carlton" level customer service.

I have never received better customer service. Aldo helped me and my boyfriend find a mouse that we needed within our budget, and even helped us locate it at another store location. The second time we visited, he recognized us and came up to give us help. He’s super knowledgeable on merchandise and is also very kind. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He deserves a raise

Buy online and pick up within an hour. It worked quite well. Out front there's a sign which redirects to the pick up area, which is right next to the Freeway (North). All you need is the pick up email and your DL. A quick scan, and they're back in 60 seconds with your product (for me, it was a microwave). Five stars of quick service.

NOTE: They should put in a ramp at the curb for larger products that need a cart.

Outstanding customer service. Pre-ordered my new OnePlus 12, and could not be happier. Pick up service is actually not in the main store, but in a side entrance. Quick and efficient.

Best Buy has a great selection of Dyson products. I purchased a Animal V8 for $349 and this was one the best choices I made in a long time. I chose the 6 month payment option. I also walked around the store and I give thumbs up to the Best Buy drone selection.

The place is busy and mask is needed. We got help from Ka Man Chan. He's super informative and patient in regards to the questions we had and answered them very clearly. Really recomend him if you need any helps.The store will do a price match if you find it somewhere else cheaper.

The manager wanted to pull out the book about return policy. Lady put the book up, I didn't ask for a lecture on the return policy. Can I get a refund or not simple. Lol. Got to love best buy

Did you know these guys are Sodastream retailers? Neither did I. Popped in here to exchange some canisters and ended up picking up a few things for my kids. Small selection of toys/Legos. Electronic retail isn't what it used to be but you can get quality stuff here. LG OLEDs and soundbars with the latest Dolby features. Samsung soundbars with Dolby Atmos. Junk food at the impulse buy locations. Staff very helpful when approached.

Placed a curbside order and there ended up being an issue and Josh went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete! Great customer service, made Christmas possible this year!

Best Buy is one of the remaining local places to check out and try electronics such as TV's, laptops and more. Good service and warranty.

I want to put this in my review for management to see. I've been building custom PC's since the late 90s and for the first time ever I ran into someone working at this store who knew exactly what he was talking about and we were able to bounce ideas off each other's heads and come to the same conclusion. I was pretty impressed. thought a little disappointed that this guy's talents were being hidden behind the main registers. Hopefully he works in the PC department and is only filling in or doing his duty working at the registers for an allotted time.

Needed a new screen protector and not only was it easy to pick up, but this fantastic young woman named Rafi, installed it for me!

I went in to visit the Geek Squad for service to a computer I'd purchase their previously.
I was greeted By the service Manager named Richard And could not have been treated Is any better. Richard showed a genuine concern for my issues and set a real estate expectation for the turn around time on my repair. Later that afternoon I was called by one of the Geek Squad members and was informed that my repair was completed well ahead of the scheduled time that I was led to believe. Is overall a great experience.
