Citi Shoes

This is a nice and very busy store as the sales associates are helping people answer questions and really find the right shoes. As the daughter in law of a show repairman and former European Comfort Shoe store in Southern California, my only complaint is that they don't have many size 35 options. Would love to see more brands like Mephisto, Flyfot, or Luca Grossi for non-running shoe styles. Considering that the neighborhood has many petite women, I was hoping for those smaller sizes as there is no other shoe store within the area for miles. Not even the Stonestown mall or Haight street have the brands that this store has. The closest shoe store with similar European comfort shoe brands is in the Marina at a slightly higher price point.

I was looking for a dress shoe I could wear to a wedding with a little more sparkle. The best option was an Aero brand in a 36 black strappy sandle. Its the end of summer, but we locals know that it's just the beginning of our summer, so I wasn't able to find any of that sparkle or colorful shoe I wanted for my Caribbean vacation to dance in this time, but I definitely had my eye on a few other styles like the Inca pointed $270+ boots that have been sitting there for nearly a year now.

I’ve lived in The Sunset for over a decade & Citi Shoes is where I go for all my shoe related needs, without hesitation. They have fabulous folks working there, like Lorretta The Store Manager, who greets folks warmly & cares in a authentic & professional manner. Overall: great people, great service, & a great place to find a pair of great shoes.

Citi Shoes is small but a wonderful shoe store. The selection of beautiful shoes with comfort in mind and the knowledgeable staff makes this store very special. Shoes are somewhat on more pricey side, but I found good selection of clearance shoes at reasonable price.

I mostly buy my shoes online, but ended up walking out of here with three pairs of shoes because they did such a great job finding exactly the right shoes and inserts to fit my feet.

They have an awesome selection of shoes here! I always stop by and check out what's new. The shoes they sell are also well priced and super comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. Love going to this shop to kill time :)

With the economy still in trouble, they don't have their usual great selection of stock, but the service is still top notch. This is my go-to shoe store in SF.
