My husband and I used Wallflower for our San Francisco wedding and they were absolutely stunning! Eleanor has impeccable taste and even prepared us a "mood" board prior so that we could pick our color palate. She even gave flowers to our pastry chef so our cake flowers could match the table flowers and the bouquets. Eleanor delivered our flowers to the venue and arranged them for us. The entire process was seamless and as a bride on a very busy day, I was so thankful for her! I would highly recommend Wallflower for any and all floral needs! Lastly, the flowers were so fresh, they lasted such a long time! Not one wilted during the wedding and we had them around our house after! Thank you, Eleanor!

After another florist bailed on us a month out from our wedding, Eleanor at Wallflower SF came to our rescue!!!! Not only was the bouquet everything I could have ever dreamed of (seriously the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen) her communication with us was quick and ensured that we were all on the same page. I came across Wallflower while looking for a flower shop to deliver a birthday arrangement for a friend. The online order process was really easy and I appreciated that they asked if the recipient would prefer a fragrant or non-fragrant arrangement. I gave the designer some color suggestions and the arrangement came out stunning! I’ll definitely be ordering more arrangements from them in the future.

What a wonderful experience! I called this new shop (for me) yesterday afternoon and asked for a next day delivery. Eleanor was amazing. I asked for a particular color palette, a photo of the arrangement, specific delivery instructions - including contacting my client's EA when arriving at the home. I just received a photo of the most lovely arrangement in a text - perfect! The ordering process was smooth and effortless, the questions I had were answered clearly and concisely, my options were not just entertained, but incorporated in the arrangement. I couldn't be happier! I order flowers to VIPs and clients around the country (and often outside of the US), this kind of service and friendly connection is rare. I can't wait to order from them again. My new favorite SF florist!

The company I admin for have been looking for a florist to commit to for weekly delivery for our office entry display. I connected with Eleanor at Wallflower first via email and had a lovely experience. Amazing customer service, attentive to needs as, my company has a certain standard. Today Eleanor and her team blew me away. Last week I ordered from another florist for delivery Tuesday 02/23 and the overall experience was not the same. The delivery was awful, the attentiveness was not there, the price was only a $50 difference, but mostly the flowers did not compare. I knew it was when the very next day after delivered my head senior partner asked me to grab new flowers for our client meeting because the ones I order "look sad." We had a very important client coming this morning and with time ticking I had to get two new arrangements within the next few hours. I emailed Eleanor and not only was she very responsive, but she also took care of me. Eleanor recommended a beautiful arrangement for us, her knowledge on floral arrangements make such a difference and was delivered faster than expected. It means so much to see someone go above and beyond for customers. Wallflower Designs will always be our go to.

Eleanor was a delight to work with, and went above and beyond my expectations with the spectacular bouquet + boutonniere she put together for our SF City Hall elopement! She communicated well every step of the way, and in the end, made it such a seamless process. I gave her very vague ideas of my color palette as well as my budget, and she ran with it and knocked it out of the park. My photographer and I were both ooh-ing and aah-ing over the beautiful bouquet - I wanted it in every picture! Highly recommend Wallflower/Eleanor for your elopement bouquet needs :)
