Beautiful Flowers and Excellent Customer Service!!! Great Value!!

I found Ann's Flowers & Balloons after doing a Google search. I selected Ann's based on their location and the excellent reviews. I live out of town but my daughter lives near the flower shop and works not too far away. I called to place an order for a Birthday bouquet and spoke with Angie. She was very helpful and informative. A beautiful bouquet was delivered the next day for my daughter's birthday to her work. I received an email from Ben stating that they had been delivered. She was very happy with the quality and got many positive comments from her friends and co-workers. My daughter also said that some of the blooms opened the following day, and that it was now even more beautiful. She sent several photos to my wife, who was very impressed at how pretty the flowers were! She even commented that I did a great job! Thanks Ben and Angie for making ME look good!!!

Excellent experience. I ordered a bouquet for a friend, who happened to be on vacation when the flowers were delivered. An employee from Ann's let me know they were unable to deliver the flowers, but that they would arrange a second bouquet and delivery when my friend returned from vacation. I was so impressed with the service I received, start to finish. I also thought the prices were more reasonable than some other options in the area.

I ordered these flowers from abroad for someone that lived in San Francisco. Not 30 minutes later they were delivered with my specified modifications to the arrangement.

They looked perfect, and they were a great deal cheaper than a similar arrangement through 1-800 Flowers. Definitely recommend them for anyone sending flowers in the San Francisco area.

Ann's flowers were absolutely first class. They gave me everything I asked for and more. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. The customer service is above and beyond any flower shop I have previously used.

Not only did I get exactly what I asked for when I asked for it, Ben was so helpful and friendly and fun to work with! They were very responsive, and kept me informed down to the last minute before delivery! Definitely my best customer experience of 2020 by far!

I ordered flowers and balloons for my cousin's birthday yesterday, and the flowers were perfect, they came on time and the customer service was just awesome. For real I've never done a review in my life but this store deserves 5 stars!!!Thank you again guys

I did not know that Annie’s had donated the flowers for my friend’s memorial but I stopped by to pick up flowers for our thanksgiving dinner and was overwhelmed by their kindness just in the normal course of business.
