I had a situation come up and was looking for a sink to take home that day. The front desk lady in the showroom didn't offer much assistance but Sarah and Tyler were super helpful. Tyler in the warehouse searched their inventory of in-stock sinks for a loooong time, but couldn't find me something that was going to work. However, I very much appreciated the time he took that day to try and help.

Excellent. We were looking for shower and faucets for a bathroom we are remodeling. Our plumber recommended Ferguson. Customer service was excellent. Janice was so helpful and helped us order what we needed.

This place has it all for kitchen and bathroom needs. We met our contractor there for a bathroom remodel. We accidentally showed up at the incorrect time. The staff was very understanding and still got a sales person to help us. Service was great and all our questions were answered. We were not pressured or rush to make our selections.

All sorts of products offered from many companies and for any budget. You can definitely find what you are looking for when it comes to bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

We built a house 10 years ago , I used Ferguson for our lighting and fans, I had an outside light fixture break and the replaced it free of charge 10 years later !!!

Needed a part for our water heater, Sarah took the time and effort to make sure the part number was correct, even went as far as calling the manufacturer to confirm. Jess made the ordering, payment and shipment completely painless. I spent the weekend calling hardware and box stores explaining to the plumbing departments what a water heater dip tube is. Next time Ferguson will be the first call instead of the last. Thanks again!

Went there to get some tubing for our toilet to be fixed. Help was right away. They are very helpful.
