My wife and I recently hired All Comfort Services to install a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump. The process was super smooth, and we highly recommend them. We first met with Billy Thompson to discuss options and pricing. He is super friendly and very easy to meet with. He also responded very quickly to our emails asking questions about which system would be best for us. Billy also helped us with getting everything processed for state and federal rebates.

The two gentlemen who installed the heat pump were fantastic. The main installer was Jesse Scott. He was awesome! He communicated clearly with us about what needed to be done, and he worked efficiently. He also did a great job walking us through the system once it was installed. We also worked with Zach Littel on some electrical wiring that was needed for the heat pump, and he did a great job and was very easy to deal with.

We're loving our furnace and heat pump, and we are thrilled with how simple All Comfort Services made the process.

Incredible service provided. We had a very very old furnace and the technician (Zach Bergs) came in professionally, diagnosed our furnace and advised us on the next step. They told us we needed a new furnace, their sales team (Nick Moran) was excellent in providing information and options as to what we needed and how we can proceed. Once we chose the model we wanted the next day less than 12 hours later the installation team (Jesse Scott and Dylan) came in, tore down the old model and installed the new one. The install went smoothly and they were very informative about the process. Highly recommend their services.

We transitioned from a furnace/ac to a mini-split heat pump as our main source of heat/cooling for our home. All comfort services clearly had experience in doing these types of installations for WI homes, which is not a guarantee with a lot of other companies. We appreciated the clear communication, flexibility to work within our timeline, willingness to answer any questions we had, transparency on the process, and the respect they had for our space, and for us as customers (and our dog). The two days of installation required them to be in our home living space, and they did everything possible to make it as least intrusive as possible (took care with equipment, cleaning, considerate of our furnishings, etc…). We especially enjoyed the genuine and grounded demeanor of Jesse and Dylan, who worked on the in- home installation piece. They did a great job explaining things and were comfortable to be around. Having had experiences with similar companies in the area, all comfort services clearly offers a much higher caliber of service for what they do. Cant recommend highly enough!

My furnaces needed a checking, as I had neglected them for a long time. All Comfort Services staff came and cleaned and checked the furnaces thoroughly, recorded their findings digitally, explained their findings and suggestions for future maintenance, and made sure I had a copy of the reports. It really was comforting to know that our furnaces were now clean, had no need of any repairs, and good to go for the rest of the season. In addition, the onsite staff was polite and careful. We really appreciated their fine work.

Rich did a wonderful job replacing my water heater, water softener, and spare bathroom toilet (all of which were 20+ years old!). He also took the time to explain how to better maintain the new equipment. Excellent service all around 😊

These days, it is so hard to find good people who are reliable and actually do a good job. All Comfort Services is definitely the exception. They are incredibly professional, all across the board. The phone staff are nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. They set expectations and try to find out what’s going on. They communicate incredibly well. You always know what to expect and more importantly let you know exactly when they are coming. They send you texts and even describe the techs coming to your house. The service people are incredible, I have had two so far who have had a lot of experience and real ability. They gave me good advice on future actions without trying to sell me something I Didn’t need. Really honest and personable guys. So I highly recommend them. In the Madison area they are far the best - and I have tried all the top ones. Highly recommend!

Our power went out overnight (Friday) and All Comfort Services have been fantastic! They came out same day and determined we needed a new furnace. Then later that afternoon Jay came to give us a quote and said they could install the new furnace by Monday. Jay even helped us out by getting us some firewood for our fireplace and a few electric heaters to keep our home warm over the weekend. They have gone above and beyond expectations, we definitely recommend All Comfort Services when something unexpected happens!

David was an amazing technician. While I was out of town for a few days, there was a huge snowstorm with sub zero temperatures, and the day I returned my furnace began having issues. He showed up, on an emergency appointment, and got to work. He quickly analyzed the situation, and like a surgeon, had all the right tools for the job, but more importantly the skills to restore my furnace to working order. I highly recommend him, and he will be my first call in the future.

Had our annual furnace service appointment with Will. He explained what was included in the appointment, the approximate time he would be spending and even put up with our barking dog, who we let outside for a few minutes while we talked. Will completed our appointment without finding any concerns, answered a couple of questions and was on his way. Really appreciate having all of our services (electric,
hvac and plumbing) coordinated by one vendor, we feel confident knowing they can see what was done and when.

All Comfort did a great job. I would hire them back and recommend them to our family/friends. Our furnace died after 25 years. We decided to replace the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater at the same time, which was a huge expense. After a Google search, we got the estimates from two reputable companies and decided to go with All Comfort. Jay, an HVAC consultant, was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Even after the installation, he was very prompt in responding to my e-mails and explaining things in a way that I could understand. Jesse who was in charge of the installation crew was also very friendly and easy to work with. I feel that All Comfort is working to build up a long-term relationship with their customers.

Matt and Billy were very knowledgeable about my furnace. Unfortunately it needs to be replaced, but I was shown why and the importance of doing so. Billy came out right away and gave me his best price. My install will be in 3-4 days. Very impressed with their kindness and great service.

I was thinking about replacing my house’s air conditioner since it’s over 20 years old and no longer functioning. I contacted All Comfort Services, and they sent Billy to provide a free estimate the next day. Billy arrived on time, assessed everything, and promptly provided a cost estimate. The process was quick and efficient. My air conditioning system will be replaced in May, and I’ll provide an update on their practical service. I appreciate Billy’s help throughout the process.

Had some problems with an old water heater over the weekend. The customer service team did a great job taking my call. Rich the plumber was at our house first thing Monday morning. After a detailed inspection it was determined that some work needed to be done. Rich presented me with a variety of options and prices that fit within my budget. We ended up replacing the water heater with a high efficiency one. The work was done within a matter of a few hours. Thank you to the team at All Comfort Services.

I'm a returning customer. I have used All Comfort for electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling. Always a great experience. I never feel pressured into buying anything, the techs are seasoned and knowledgeable, and I think the prices are fair. The peace of mind is worth every penny.

First time using All Comfort Services for electrical work. Very pleased with the company customer service approach (prompt response, excellent communication using email and texting) and the electrician’s expertise(Devin) and willingness to discuss issues and options for repair.

We could not have been any more satisfied with the service we received from Air Comfort. Taylor was wonderful on the phone after hours, calming me and helping me solve our water softener problem until the next day when Anthony came. Anthony was efficient, professional, competent and friendly. He installed our new water softener at the same service call. We will cetainly call Air Comfort again!

All Comfort Services were able to get my urgent plumbing issue fixed when other companies weren’t. Their service was not only efficient, but also incredibly friendly. The up front cost estimate was a welcome addition. Would absolutely recommend!

Dave was very helpful when looking at my furnace today. He took the time to listen to and answer all my questions, and even showed me ways that I can test things myself. He addressed the issue and also educated me in the process. Dave was knowledgeable and friendly. This was a great service experience.

All comfort sent their technician, David H. to inspect our furnace. He was very thorough in his inspection, then went through and covered in detail the work he had performed, the status of our furnace, and how to continue to maintain it properly. He was also a very nice guy! Thank you David.
