Pick 'n Save

Kaitlin, always does an awesome job at the self checkout for me. Quickly fixing a problem, or making sure I get my coupon every time. The store is obviously understaffed and the staff doesn't get paid enough. I don't care about smiles and friendly customer service. I care about getting what I want and leaving. The regular staff(I call them regular because I always see them), like Kaitlin who is always there, do what they can with what they have. If everyone else cannot understand the concept of corporate giving the bare minimum to save costs and getting the bare minimum from employees. They need to re-evaluate how they look at the world. Don't hold the employees accountable for corporate's mistakes. Some guy in a suit decided and they get no choice. So yes, things are out of stock, yes there are hardly any checkers, and no, corporate doesn't care. I've been going here since I was a kid. I watched it morph from bustling and well staffed to this sad existence it currently has.

They have some of the perfect gift items as well as a wide variety and extremely generous selection of merchandise available for retail sale as far as sundry items grocery items items Bakery Deli produce you name it this store has it outdoor recreation decor and the employees are so attentive to every customer need and very very helpful extremely generous with assisting and getting any applicable discount coupon or sale that can be utilized to save money excellent company

I recently started shopping here and I have to say the staff is very friendly very helpful and they're doing their best with everything that's going on and it really is one of the cleanest stores in this area

Incident : - "D" shopped within the last hour and walked home. My grandson stopped by to deliver me a Family Christmas Package, and has he left the premises, he found a COLD PACKAGE of CHEESE in the entry area. He came back in, and politely told me that someone in the complex dropped the packaged cheese. Upon his leaving, I made a photostat of the package, in order to personally KNOCK on all the doors to locate the Senior Citizen, whom apparently dropped cheese at the main entry security door.
Has I proceeded to locate the Pick'n Save Customer, I noticed Chrystal buzzing the Security Board to for someone. I asked " Hi, What's Up " and she looking to deliver a item which was inadvertently left out of her shopping bag .I politely asked if it was CHEESE, and I showed her my CHEESE photostat; has she, moments before, buzzed the customer; whom came down and then Chrystal apologized for her inconvenience - and then, We told "D" of the FOUND CHEESE package, and all is WELL due to Pick'n Save Customer Service Excellent Representation . Great Job !!

I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake from the bakery. Not only was it delicious, but the decoration was beautiful!! Kudos to the baker!!!

Prices are goid for a small town store. The staff is amazing, which is the most important. I applaud their commitment to excellence.
