A sales person named Andy helped us to buy an new Computer Monitor. My Computer monitor had stopped working and I was in a panic. He showed us what was available and helped us to make the best choice for our needs. I would highly recommend shopping at Staples because of people like him.

I had one of the best retail store experiences recently at this Staples, needed to leave a positive review. Purchased a chair online, this location made returns very simple and didn't give me a hard time. They offered to build a few chairs for me, unbox to fit in my car if needed, carried it in the rain to my car, and even looked up online that it was cheaper on their website and proactively gave me a discount.

The Manager and young employee who checked my purchase out were super friendly and helpful, I will be taking my business back to them.

My wife and I were there on 3/18 @ around 5pm. We didn't catch his name but whoever was working in the printing center alone was one of the most efficient employees we've ever seen. An incredible asset to Staples, definitely deserves "employee of the month".

Amazing printing services! I used Staples to print gifts twice in the last year. The first, poster sized digital artwork turned out beautifully and was a huge hit for the recipient and his family. I just ordered a banner to celebrate my friends twins during their high school graduation parade. It looks absolutely amazing! I used a photo uploaded from Facebook and was really worried that the picture quality would be lost at almost 24" tall, but it looks really great! I'm sure that they will love it- and I'm thankful that I could pick it up same day!

I often find lots of good stuff on clearance-sale here. The store's sales-manager (or maybe the GM. I didn't see his name tag) seems to be very attentive & considerate, and remembers customers' preferences & requirements, which's quite rare for a large store, at least in my experience.

Other retailers' managers don't seem to care about fostering brand-loyalty, or maybe their personal goals aren't closely aligned with those of their respective employers, so I was pleasantly surprised the three times that I visited the store in the morning or early afternoon. I highly recommend visiting Staples before the evening because I think that they've a different set of staff-members running the store in the evening.

Called the store and spoke with Stone. He was able to find a hot item for me and serviced me well when I arrived. The store was clean and quick to service. I will be visiting here if I ever need office supplies.

I was in Staples a couple weeks ago and actually stood waiting for someone to help me for about 30 minutes and yes, I did go up to customer service to ask for assistance. I walked out without purchasing a new Kindle. They were in stock and on sale at the time. Yesterday, I went back. I was hopeful that they would be able to assist me and I could finally get my Kindle. The gentleman who told me he would assist me the first time was there again. His customer service was horrible. It turns out the store was out of the Kindle I wanted, they were out Online also. But they did have one at the Verona Rd store. I asked for the Kindle to be sent over to the Monona store. They said "No" they don't do that. I left again~ Very Unhappy. I called and talked to the manager on duty, Shelly. She was not understanding my frustration of the whole situation. I left it at I would write about my experience online and leave it at that. But this story does have a happy ending.
Shelly called me back within 30 minutes. They will have the Kindle at the Monona store for me tonight and I will be able to get the sale price. That is what customer service is all about. Too bad we started off on the wrong foot.

I took in a new pc that I purchased elsewhere. The techs did a super job getting the new desktop the way I wanted it and fixed some issues on my 12 year old laptop. We were very pleased with the service they cheerfully provided. I have always had good luck at Staples.

Adam was very knowledgeable and helped me to find the correct printer. He knew tons about the brands and walked me through the process very professionally.

We use Staples Print for our business and marketing, and I've always been pleased with the service. Today Cheryl not only cheerfully helped me with the self-serve print kiosk, but she gave me complimentary cutting and made sure I was going about my project in the most cost-effective way.

I highly recommend Staples.

Today I went to Staples to get a 27'' Monitor for my computer I was able to find a DVI-D adapter HDMI My surprised when I was paying my bill, they gave me a good discount. Very happy with my purchase I saved seventy dollars

Cheryl & Kaycee in the print area were AWESOME! They were helpful and provided exceptional service to me and the rest of the customers they were working with while I was there. They were fabulous!
