The facility is amazing. My Dr. Is amazing. Even the nurses were amazing.
Stephanie, the nurse, is a MASTER at administering shots. She should teach everyone in the world who administers shots how to do it. I had three shots and didn’t feel a single one of them. Amazing. I’ve gotten thousands of shots over the course of my life and this really stood out
Dr Stone is a great Doctor with a lot of knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly and friendly. It always feels like he is taking his time and is really looking into my case

Big relatively new Kaiser. Very clean and comfortable waiting areas. Soothing colors and art.

Currently, there is a lot of construction around the area. Be prepared and cautious when driving or crossing the street.

Not sure if parking went up or missed sign about validation. Parking structure was ten dollars - more than I remember in past.

The number one thing in healthcare is provider, of course. But setting has a role and this setting is clean, functional, large, and easy on the eyes - all of which is a boost when you are in need of healthcare.

Dr. Randy Luu, MD, was great; one of the best doctor appointments I've had in a while. I felt comfortable and felt that I was being heard. Dr. Randy Luu was very proactive in looking into my past health and making sure to get all the right tests and appointments in order for me. I was also very pleased that all his staff used my given name instead of my dead name. I have been struggling with this issue in almost all my doctor's appointments at Kaiser, except here and at the Women and Gender Clinic. It was truly the best I have felt after leaving the doctor's. A very welcoming and open environment that Dr. Randy Luu created.

Dr. Rao listened to my issues with compassion and suggested solutions but also made sure I was a part of the decision process. She is great! Some doctors dismiss your symptoms or tell you it is all in your head, but I have never experienced that with Dr. Rao. I've been her patient for a little over a year now.

This was an outstanding experience. Truly extraordinary; the kind of visit that makes you realize why you want to come to Kaiser. Dr. Corey Young was so kind and compassionate, not rushed, spent so much time, asked me questions that I didn't even realize I had, checked in with me every step of the way, to make sure i felt comfortable. He gave me every option, I've never had such a comprehensive visit. He is what makes me want to sign up for Kaiser and tell my friends and family to sign up for Kaiser. I felt so well cared for I literally was moved to tears after my visit. I don't know how he does it, and it was also a bit of technically complicated visit and he was so calm and I never felt anything but 100% cared for. Is it possible to give more than 10 stars I would. I'm still glowing from how happy I am from his care. Thank you thank you again.

This review is specifically for Dr Derek Huang in ophthalmology who provided amazing care. He was kind, understanding, sharp and detail oriented. He explained everything so well. He saw me last minute given the urgent nature and I am so thankful to have met such a professional doctor

Hi necessary is it to have this medication designed for the kids? I think Kaiser or San Francisco is fantastic. Super happy how well the doctors and nurses are highly recommend them.

Dr. Dawson-Gill is amazing! She is very kind and compassionate. I can tell she truly loves her profession and cares deeply for her patients. Dr. Dawson-Gill was very patient with me. Provided helpful information and helped me understand what I need to stay in good health.

My appointment was on time. The doctor listened carefully and offered a number of alternatives for the issue that had brought me in. We decided on a plan forward for this. Dr. T. also reviewed by chart and removed a few medications that I took just for a few days quite a while ago, but that confuse visits even now. We then talked about some of the long term issues that I have and updated plans for dealing with these. A very positive visit.

Jocelyn Julia Ho, NP, was thoughtful and compassionate with my care. She understood the pain I was in and provided tissue when I broke into tears. She worked with me to create a plan of care that would suit my specific needs. Brian, in radiology, was sensitive to my needs and very encouraging. I experienced excellent customer service and expertise in both departments.

Recently visited the KP office on Owens Street in San Francisco. It was a positive experience with ample parking via the parking structure (don’t forget to get it validated) and friendly staff. Everyone has to wear a mask when they enter and keep it on for the duration of the visit. The office is clean, the waiting rooms are spacious, and it was a great visit. If you’re a Kaiser patient I highly recommend seeking treatment(s) at the Owens Street location.

I had trouble getting to the facility on time, but thankfully, the receptionist was very polite and helpful in getting me booked for a later appointment on the same day. At my actual appointment, Dr. James Wong was fantastic about thoroughly and clearly answering any questions I had. Will definitely continue coming back for Dr. Wong!

3 weeks ago I had total knee replacement surgery at Kaiser in San Francisco. The experience has far exceeded my exceptions. The process flowed seamlessly from making the decision to have surgery to now recovering well at home with physical therapy post surgery. All staff I met with have been kind, knowledgable and patient.My surgeon, Neil Bharucha, is excellent. I am experiencing outstanding results and am happy with my decision to have had this surgery at Kaiser.

Marcos is really great. He's super patient and kind, and he listened carefully to me and suggested appropriate exercises and methods for my healing. I felt very well cared for.

I had a good experience with Dr. Stone on my visit. Dr. Stone was very prompt on seeing me for my appointment. He was very knowledgeable with my concerns. I'm following his recommendations.

Took his time and made sure I was on the right path to recovery. Gave sound advice on what I needed to continue or start doing to make sure I was staying on track before and after ACL surgery. Very knowledgeable in his field; he laid out all my options (pros/cons)when it came to deciding on what type of ACL surgery I wanted do. Answered all my questions and helped ease any concerns. Was responsive to emails in a timely manner; very matter of fact and direct which I appreciated. He came highly recommended in the sports community and myself being a former high level athlete, current coach, and active individual he is someone I will be recommending to others who are looking for an orthopedic surgeon.

Everyone was super helpful very nice on my most recent visit. I have a unique situation and specific needs and the doctor and assistants were very receptive and understanding to that. I felt like they really listened and cared a lot. I really appreciate that.

Two big thumbs up for the entire Physical Therapy department at Kaiser Mission Bay. The whole campus is lovely and new, and the 6th and 7th floors (PT) are especially great — full of art, fresh paint, colorful comfortable furniture, clean modern bathrooms, even water bottle refill stations, and huge bay windows with views of the city and the water. I’m working with physical therapist Brian Ablang for post-shoulder surgery, and I strongly recommend him. I feel very fortunate to have gotten him as my PT. He’s outstanding. He evaluates thoroughly; he communicates clearly; he demonstrates PT exercises with patience; and tells me both what to do and not to do to heal most effectively. Brian is transparent, caring, and professional yet friendly. He’s just the right amount of conservative AND encouraging, making me feel I’m in safe, good hands for the long road of recovery.
