Head's Up

It had been quite a while since I got my haircut at Head's Up, and I just can't say enough great things about the shop and Erica in particular based on my experience today! As others have noted, the haircut was great; so, too, was the conversation. Furthermore, it was easy to book the appointment, and although I arrived early, Erica was able to cut my hair right away--and in no time at all. What a truly positive experience!

I took my teenager (begrudgingly) to heads up for a long overdue cut. It was our first time there and it will not be our last. Erica did a fantastic job! It was the first time my son didn't leave somewhere and complain. We were both so happy with the cut and will definitely be back! What a great addition this business is to our town!

I recently went to Heads Up barber shop in the Grafton Inn after my son had gone there about a week ago for a haircut and it came out great and he was totally impressed with the place so I figured I would give them a try. I didn't even know there was a barber shop there until my son told me about it.I booked my appointment for 10:30 on Friday morning and when I got there I met Steph she asked what kind of cut I wanted and when I told her she said no that doesn't work for you so I said well do what you want as long as it looks good. It came out great I'm really happy with it and it was a lot of fun we had great conversation too. Just a really laid-back place to go get a haircut. Totally enjoyed it definitely going to go back definitely recommend Heads Up barber shop

Erica is the best of the best. She is phenomenal with my 5 year old. She is the only person to cut his hair and not butcher him. He has an awful cow lick and it doesn't phase Erica. She gives my little boy the same love and attention she gives all her clients. She truly is the best.

Honestly I was skeptical to go. It was my first time going. From the scheduling of the appointment to the finalizing of the haircut, everything went very well. Very professional, very clean, awesome environment and the lady (Stephanie) was very nice and talkative (which I am not) but it broke me out of my shell and it was nice to talk. I suffer anxiety in aces I don't know but this place is very welcoming and the haircut itself was wicked good. The price was great, thought it would have cost more but it was awesome paying less then expected. I'm making this my place now. I definitely recommend. All around a wicked good place. Oh and the location is great as well. That's important these days.

I have been going to heads up for 10+ years now and have nothing but great things to say, from the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Erica/Stephanie are very knowledgeable and always courteous and professional. If you're looking for a great quality haircut I highly recommend heads up. You wont regret it.

Highly recommended barber shop- I’ve been seeing Stephanie for over a year for all my cuts and I can’t express how much of a great experience it is every time. From the warm welcome smile as you walk into the shop, great personality/ conversation, and walking out feeling 100x better than before. I have been a customer at Heads Up since Erica opened for business over 15 years ago. That alone should speak for itself. Like most people when i find a dentist or a doctor that i like i will stay with them forever, i also put a great barber in that same category. To anyone looking for a professional haircut at an incredible price, I recommend that you stop looking and head to Heads Up. You will never look back.

If you want a barber that treats you like family try heads up. I've been going for 14 years straight and they've never left the Massasoit area of Worcester. Even if you're from out of the area it's worth the trip. Very professional haircut guaranteed.
