I’ve lived here for 4 years now n I can say it’s been great! Chris is awesome n has always helped when I’ve had an issues promptly n professional. I lived here during the pandemic n it was rough on everyone but they really went above n beyond to help in unexpected crazy time for everyone. Maintenance is fast. I love living here n its safe area! We loved working with Michael, our leasing agent! Everyone we spoke with (or emailed) was exceptionally professional and efficient. They answered any and all questions promptly and the resident portal system online worked smoothly - our Coast to Coast move in transition was a breeze!
Our apartment is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and all of our neighbors have been friendly and welcoming! Lots of families and adorable pups; but still the general vibe is very peaceful and so clean!

We just moved in a week ago, but our entire experience from the beginning until now has been excellent! We had both Michael and Dexter helping us out with the application/tour/move-in process and they were both great! Very informative and helpful with everything that we wanted to see and wanted to know. As for the community itself, everything is really beautiful. Our unit is everything that we were hoping for and the community itself is really nice. Very clean and quiet. All of the neighbors we've talked to so far are really friendly and this is a super dog friendly community! All in all, everything is great here! I'd recommend this community to anyone.

I recently just moved in about 3 weeks ago and our experience has been wonderful! I love the neighborhood, complex and the amenities this apartment has to offer. The location is perfect and so close to everything! During the weekend we submitted a work order request and within minutes received a knock on the door from the tech and was able to help us fix an issue we had. He thoroughly explained what was going on and what he did. If you are looking to move in or get info request Dexter! He is amazing! He has always gone above and beyond to help us with any questions we have and make our move in experience easy.

You are really moving into a little community. Every month they seem to surprise us with something more. The leasing marketing manager Carina is wonderful! She set up a fun pot painting session I got to do with my neighbors and others in the community. Now we have a not so little library that I am excited to add to and exchange with. Overall great experience living here so far. Excited for the summer and some new activities!

Have been an El Dorado resident for a year and got offered to get a wall painted for free for renewing the lease. Ricardo and Edwin did a wonderful job of quickly (and neatly) painting the wall of my choice. They were super friendly to deal with and also vacuumed the floor in the vicinity of the painted wall after the job was complete. Couldn’t be happier with their work.

I wanted to make sure this review was posted immediately. I am new to El Dorado Hills and within the 2 weeks of being my apartment, Mario C has helped me sort out 3 issues within a matter of days.
From electrical to plumbing, his effort and perseverance in getting the job done efficiently, safely, and in a timely matter demonstrates the dedication and services the workers at El Dorado Hills provide.

I moved in about a month ago, moved from out of state. I found this place online and didn't not see it or visit it prior to my move in. When I showed up on move in day it was everything I was expecting. Great landscape all around, well maintained, and great location.

Shout out to Dexter for his help throughout the process. There was an issue with the floors not being ready but they got that resolved right away and were very kind about it.

So far I have been enjoying it here. It is quiet, lots of dogs, awesome trails close by, and can get anywhere quickly with the freeway being only 2 miles away.

The leasing staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.Leslie, Holly and Matt are awesome and super helpful. Maintenance is the best my husband and I have ever had while renting, they are extremely educated on what they are doing and are very quick to help. The staff knows everyone of their renters by first name which makes you feel appreciated. The property is very well maintained, the pools and hot tub's are clean and also well maintained. They are very understanding of Military families and their needs, which makes living here a great experience. Security is available at night and do a great job making sure all residents are safe and the property is protected. I feel safe when walking around at night or from my car late after work. Also, I know my car is safe, and don't ever worry about it being broken into. Overall, my husband and I are extremely happy with El Dorado Hills, we have lived here for 3 years and recommend it to all our military and civilian friends and families.

I have lived in many places throughout the West Coast in the past 10 years due to my career, but this is by far the most considerate property management I have dealt with. They have a variety of food trucks available each week and last weekend's Halloween festival for residents was very thoughtful for the families. Thank you for thinking of the residents and providing such nice events.

Johnny deserves 6-stars. Opened three tickets and had an initial response within minutes. He came in and resolved all three issues explaining what was going on at every step. Professional! Great communication! Thank you, Johnny! (I hope I spelt that right).

Have lived here for a little over 2 years and we have enjoyed our time here. The apartment complex takes good care of the property and we love the dog park thats inside our gated community.

Today we had a maintenance issue and Ricardo came over and helped us out with great service. He was super professional and friendly.

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge the dedication and hard work that I have not only witnessed but have experienced for myself from Mario one of the maintenance guys. He Is always willing and ready to take on whatever job he is assigned and I will forever be grateful for him and the hard work that he demonstrates. I hope to continue to have the opportunity to receive great maintenance work from him. Thank you Mario for all that you do for the complex your hard would doesn’t go unnoticed.

We lived at El Dorado Hills for 1.5 years and had, overall, a good experience. We had to break our lease early, but the process was simplified with help from Carina Amador. She was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and when she didn't have an answer to our questions, she took the time to find one to ensure we did things correctly.

El Dorado Hills has an amazing maintenance team! Gabriel and Edwin are very professional and know how to quickly fix any issues that may arise. Over the last few years I have seen Gabriel around the property on a daily basis keeping our community looking great! Thank you to our maintenance team!

The compressor of my fridge went out. Same day a replacement was provided. It was a used fridge that started to give us problems beginning day 1. Within 2 weeks; the grinding noises became unbearable, the ice wouldn’t stay completely frozen and frost was all over the freezer. I called back:

Gabriel and Edwin were top shelf! They carefully listened to my concerns, checked out the fridge and decided another fridge was in order. The next day, a brand new fridge! I appreciate that we were not ignored and the problem continued to receive attention until it was resolved.

We had Gabriel and Edwin come in today to fix our screen door. We put the request in 10 minutes before they came and fixed it. Talk about quick and great service. Every request we put it is like that. Within 24 hours it fixed! 5 stars for the whole team!

Great service and outstanding community. I've been here for over a year and love this place. Clean community, quiet neighborhood, and the maintenance staff is amazing. Anytime I have an issue they're quick to fix it and their service is impeccable. Special shotout to Mario, his service is outstanding and the quality of his work is amazing. The office staff is also very friendly and answer promptly to any questions or issues, great service overall.

I have leave at this community going on 4 yrs. in 3 different units from renovated to non renovated. I have to say, I love leaving in El Dorado Hills. The amenities are great! I like the fact that is gated. I have had great experience since I have been there. I plan on staying until I am ready to buy a home. The office and maintenance staff are great, friendly and attentive. One thing also that stand out to me specially working in a hospitality when you walked in the office they greet you by your name. If you are in the market of looking for an apartment. I definitely recommend El Dorado Hills and don't forget to reach out to Danijela Knezevic.
