UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion

My experience at UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion was exceptional. The valet service made parking hassle-free, and the staff was truly amazing – friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The quality of care I received was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this medical center for its excellent service and dedicated staff. 👏🏥🌟

My son had surgery at this hospital on Tues, Jan 9th. Amazing staff! Doctors, nurses all very knowledgeable and kind!

Orthopedic surgeon Eric Hansen is the best. My wife had two hip replacements one year apart. Small anterior incision and texts to me as the surgery progressed. Then when it was over the surgeon called me. This time the wasn’t as good with staff like the coordination with the anesthesiologist and the physical therapist was too demanding on the walking a few hours after surgery. This has resulted in extremely sore leg muscles and even oxycodone doesn’t work. Hopefully it will subside soon.
The surgeon doesn’t know this yet but it will be brought up on the first checkup. I doubt he will tolerate it. Many thanks to Eric for his professionalism and highly skilled work.

Been coming here for T cell lymphoma. Treat me like royalty. Great staff. Great nurses. Great doctors.

Kurt The audiologist is fantastic! He was able to repair an old cochlear price until new ones are available.
The whole staff and department do excellent work. From hearing test to surgery and aftercare.

Dr. Roman, my endocrine surgeon at UCSF is so caring and so patient with people she made my surgery last month 1/15/20 and I left day after my surgery my son and husband were there for me. It took me a few hours to get off anesthesia. if you have thyroid cancer or other problems, go to UCSF I recommend it to you best staff at the hospital!! oh and one more thing. I think I heard someone say Dr. Roman is a pediatric endocrine surgeon too, so if your children or kids have an endocrine problem, I also recommend UCSF to you

One of the best staffed cancer treatment hospitals in the country! I have personally had conversations with people/patients that drove all the way from As far as Bakersfield to get treatment here.

Fantastic Hospital. Everyone is so very nice & happy. We have never been treated so well at any other Hospital. The Doctors & their teams are the best.

We drove 2 hours to this hospital for surgery and they have excellent service i mean they went far and beyond taking care of my wife. The surgeon always keep you updated with results and that's the best cause it makes me comfortable.

In 1955. Yes, 1955. Care and attention
was great during stay of 3 - 5 da. And we could order food each day and wine with dinner was great. Now my granddaughter will be there at UCSF
Around Thanksgiving for arrival of baby girl in new updated UCSF.

Excellent hospital and excellent location. I don’t actually visit the hospital but I visit my doctor who is part of UCSF and his office is across the street.

Excellent valet parking available at a discount price for a flat rate per day with validation and handicap parking placard.

The best staff of any hospital I've ever been too.

Excellent Facility and Staff, Surgeon as well as Nurses, treated My Wife with Respect, taking Time to explain the Pros and Risks of each Procedure.

Pre OP has been great. Everyone has been friendly and professional. I am sure the rest of the day will be as well. The rest of my experience was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this medical facility.
