Japan Center Kinokuniya Building

We have been there twice so far and it is such an adventure. Great Japanese products and cultural experiences. This last time we tried some takoyaki and mochi donuts. We still have more there to explore as there is a whole other side to the mall we haven't been to and we are looking forward to it!

There were all kinds of noodles, Japanese food, and fresh mochi. I'd never had fresh moshis but they were delicious. Definitely check it out.

Yes! This place is good. It has a bookstore, stationary store and many dish stores. They also have old kimonos and ancient Japanese arts. If you are there a long time, try the restaurants.

I'm a big manga fan. This is a great spot to pick up paper volumes of get some collectables or anime lifestyle staples you can't find elsewhere. Staff is helpful too.

With gifts & books upstairs, along with manga downstairs, then gelato next door & Maido Stationary upstairs then Maido gifts downstairs, that's just the beginning of all the fun there is to be had. I especially recommend the tea shop outside Maido gifts downstairs, in the center of the Center.
