Outstanding job! Wife was traveling for work to San Francisco on Valentine’s Day. Shop was able to coordinate with hotel to deliver seamlessly. Concierge commented to wife on quality and reputation of shop in town. Would absolutely trust with any flower needs in San Francisco again!

I was completely satisfied with the service at Rossi & Rovetti Flowers.
I failed to order flowers in advance and suddenly needed same day delivery of a special arrangement . Ordering from the East coast I was surprised and happy to see them open at 6AM . After visiting the website I was confident that this would happen.
I found the website very easy to go through; it was clear and thorough - the photos, prices and all the stages of ordering, designing and then through to the final delivery were explained.
The photos were very clear and showed a range of styles, colors, themes and flowers. It was a pleasure just scrolling through the possible choices. The opportunity to give some extra input to the designer in terms of my intent or ideas was helpful and obviously understood. I was emailed a photo of the final product , the flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. The designer was great ! Very much capturing the mood and tone I was looking for.
The photo supplied of my flowers was an unexpected benefit, as were the tracker details of the entire process, start to finish including delivery. It was reassuring the have the tracker since I failed to order in advance and I could see that it arrived the same day nonetheless.
I highly recommend them. I appreciate a job well done and I feel this was above and beyond normal service. It certainly was A+ !!!

After reading several reviews of other floral shops in San Francisco, I decided to go with Rossi & Rovetti Flowers and so glad I did! They do beautiful work. I just recently sent my ex-mother-in-law who was in UCSF for a procedure. I was kept updated on the whole process by their order tracker and that was great! I also loved the idea that it was a small, Italian family owned business. My ex-MIL is also Italian and my kids are too. I highly recommend them to anyone there in San Francisco and afar. ❤

Rossi & Rovetti offers free delivery in SF and utilizes an order tracker which sends you notifications as the order progresses, including pictures of the arrangement and your flower designer. The website photo very closely matched the final arrangement and the recipient reported the flowers smelled great. Thanks to Rosi & Rovetti for the great service 💐

Great customer service! I absolutely loved the arrangement I sent to a co-worker. It was so lovely and unique! Not your typical, boring arrangement. The delivery was quick and exactly what I had requested! I will keep this florist at the top of my list of favorites!

The delivery was well received, and the order tracker worked wonderfully and I was impressed with how interactive it was. I am out of town for the holidays and wanted to surprise my girlfriend back home in SF with flowers from a proven and reputable family owned florist. I was happy to see that you had a holiday collection as she loves Christmas. When the driver arrived, my girlfriend was actually across the street where she works. The driver called her and was patient and courteous enough to wait for her to come back to the housing lobby. The delivery went great.

She absolutely loved the design, and she loves how it makes the living room not only look, but smell as well. Excellent quality! It takes a unique and full shape and the roses really stand out. We love that they're all different sizes!

They truly go above and beyond! I have shared their contact info with friends and colleagues. Being able to track the delivery and get a picture of the final arrangement brought me peace of mind. They also offer same day delivery and email/text confirmation when the delivery is done. They have the best customer service!

Highly recommend Rossi and Rovetti as your go-to florist in San Francisco. They are able to deliver day of if ordered early enough and always produce the most beautiful flower arrangements. I love that you get notified of the different stages of your order as well as a final image of the arrangement. Everyone is also so friendly and professional!

The flowers were perfect, equal blooms, beautiful arrangement, seamless and available next day delivery, cute vase, steep prices ($185 total). I’m not from SF, and usually a bouquet of this style/size/flower type runs me 1/2 the price of this one. Next day delivery price was a surprise ($50), a first for me. Keeping the rating at 5 because nothing was wrong and I loved the flowers.

Highly recommend this business. I am from Michigan and was looking for a florist to send to a dear friend. I found Rossi & Rovetti through web search. So glad I did. I really appreciate the constant updates on the status of the order. After the arrangement was created, I was sent a link to see the final design prior to delivery. Well done Rossi & Rovetti Flowers. You did great!!!! My son loved the flowers, especially the way they smelled…he thought the bouquet included mint ? I loved using the order tracker, seeing who was working on the arrangement, and getting a final picture. Made the experience much more personal!

A few things I love about their small business that really sets them apart are: The ability to track my order and my delivery, a final photo of the finished product once the design is complete, details on who the designer is, and the amazing selection of available floral designs.

The delivery options are amazing - they are fast, I am able to track it easily, and I am always kept in the loop. From start to finish, I feel like the process is so personal. Their small business mentality shines through in all the best ways. Including personalized emails from the owners to make sure that I am happy with their work. It really is very special.

This San Francisco Florist does beautiful work, and Jason, one of the owners, provided outstanding communication and customer service!! I live in NC, and was looking for a florist in SF to deliver a special arrangement to my Aunt. Things are much different during the Covid19 restrictions, which limited the flowers they have to work with, but Rossi and Rovetti created this beautiful arrangement, and my Aunt loved it!! I was very impressed by Jason's communication with me, and I really appreciated all he did to make sure my Aunt received a gorgeous arrangement!! Thank you Jason!! I loved the tracking system they use also, sending a picture, and tracking it to delivery.( A very nice feature that I don't think most florist's use!) I would definitely recommend using this family owned florist! You will be well taken care of!!!

So glad I found this San Francisco gem! Was looking for a flower delivery for the next morning, and despite my late night order, the flowers arrived before noon the next day. And they were gorgeous! The order tracker provided real-time updates on the status of the order, and I even got to see a picture of the bouquet once it was designed. Delivery was quick and efficient, with notifications at each step of the way by phone, text, and via the tracker. Great customer experience. The team is absolutely lovely. Great customer service and EXCELLENT online portal. I ordered flowers for a friend. I live in MN and ordering things to be sent to her is always a leap of faith, but not this time. It clearly showed on the site how much time I had left to order for my flowers to be delivered today. The online portal gave me updates on when my order was processed, in design, and en route to the location. My designer called me because she needed to make small adjustments to the bouquet and to let me know that they would upload a photo of my actual arrangement. The adjustments were minor and flowed perfectly with the design. I even got an email when the flowers were signed for. Overall, phenomenal experience, will definitely order from again.

Top notch all the way! The flowers were gorgeous (better than pictured) and long-lasting. And delivery was seamless. My friend (birthday girl) was so very pleased that she sent me a photo of them every day.
