Fantastic customer service, probably one of the nicest gyms I've ever been to in that regard.

Special shoutout to Hassan who explained all the membership details to me and gave a really good tour!

Decent amount of people, I saw some reviews saying the machines were always out, but they were all in working condition when I went. Clean and well ventilated too.

Love the gym, plenty of natural light, very clean. Most equipment is operational. Parking is never an issue, which is dam near impossible at every other gym in San Francisco. I hear complaints about people reracking weights! Get over yourself, there is not one gym on this planet where everyone reracks their stuff This is my favorite gym now. AND PLEASE DONT CALL THIS DALY CITY, sounds very racial. The neighborhood is surrounded by 2-4 million homes?

Fabulous gym! So many different types of machines, very friendly staff, and a great pool with locker rooms/sauna. Only thing I wish was different was that they would have a large free space for HIIT workouts that require cardio, weights, etc. Basically, it would cater more to athletes and CrossFit people, but for regulars who wanna pump & families it’s wonderful!

Great experience with Alex and all the workers up front. Everyone is nice. Very clean, spacious and organized environment to work out in. Also there is a pool here. Great rates. I definitely recommend for people looking for a regular gym. I like much more than the 24 hour fitness gyms I’ve been.

All these reviews about uncleanliness and bad service are dated. Yes, it can get overcrowded, but you gotta be smart about when there are machines and free weights to use. And the staff are friendly at best, and cordial at worst. Overall, an okay experience.

Experienced such an amazing time here. I am from SF, but live in Chicago., Not only was the team accommodating, but they made the experience worth while, and went above and beyond for my situation. Their facilities is top notch and their staff treats you right. So excited to go back soon!

City Sports in general is always very clean! On the main level floor you show your vaccination card after scanning your membership card and then you can head downstairs to the lockers and pool area or go upstairs for all the free weights or specific non cardio machines. Even with the amount of people there was, the gym didn't have any sweat smell, rather it smelled clean which is something I really ppreciate!

Love this gym!!! The classes are awesome, instructors that I've had so far are 10/10. Especially Jaylah teaching spin (she's got the best music selection and is really encouraging) the cardio kick boxing instructor is no joke, she’ll make you sweat, and Monday morning yoga teacher does a great job even with a full class. They have a sauna, swimming pool, and three floors with plenty of space for whatever your workout needs might be. For the price I feel like you get a lot. Stoked to call this my gym! Parking is hard to find during busy hours, but I've always found something if I just keep circling. The staff here are also on point.

Clean, busy, great staff. I've seen pictures of trashed bathrooms, that's absolutely not the clubs fault. That's the pigs who attend it and have no manners. Dont blame them for your mess. Also juice bar inside is the best thing ever.. after a long workout being able to have an affordable protein shake with different ingredients really hits the spot for the drive home. Basketball courts can get packed also the court seems to be smaller and the rims a bit lower but great 5v5 games late night.

definitely one of the nicest, biggest gyms in the city, and the membership is cheap! all the equipment is new, there's a basketball court and a pool. plus there's a huge parking lot because it's next to the mall. Kids care is only $10/month for unlimited drop ins! overall a great, new gym. and they have awesome personal trainers.

The sauna is my favorite part to end a workout session.

The first gym I’ve ever gone to consistently. All the staff are super nice, the gym and facilities are always clean, and they’ve been super responsible to follow covid restrictions. 10/10!

Great staff, pool, sauna, hot tub, free weights, barbells, kettle bells, cardio and weight machines stretching areas, free classes with membership, etc.
