Woodland Baking and Coffee

What a charming coffee shop / bakery!! We stopped in after learning they had a vegan breakfast sandwich! It was SO good! It was basically a fresh made muffin (from scratch!) with vegan egg, vegan cheese & vegan home made sausage! It was a nice size, satisfying & delicious! Stowe doesn’t have many vegan places so it’s exciting to find this place catering to vegans! Got an oat milk latte for the road which was just as yummy! Apparently they also offer vegan baked goods but their wasn’t many in the case when we came but that’s okay - the Vegan breakfast sandwich was amazingggggg! Love their adorable chipmunk mascot!

Warm, friendly bakery and coffee shop. Grateful that they were open on New Years Day. Lovely small business, will return!

Very cute cafe! The staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere was great! Everyone seemed to know each-other which was very wholesome! The food was good!

Charming interior and great coffee and chai. Make sure you get the bacon and croissants and the hash brown sandwiches. Terrific! And get there before 9:00 in the morning. Otherwise there might be 25 people on line. And great music too!.

Visiting Stowe and was looking for breakfast, picked this place as it was one of the highest scores in town in google map.
The food was great and everything we eaten tasted fresh ( hash brown egg sandwich / chocolate croissant / coconut chocolate macaron and salted caramel croissant pudding). Their coffee was great as well!

Dang good food here! Very cute little spot, so many delicious options + options for everyone! Vegan breakfast sandwich was soooo good, all of the baked goods we got were fire as well! My partner got a cold brew and gave it two thumbs up!
The whole staff was calm and professional during, what to me looked like, a busy rush.
10/10 recommend!!

Friendly, biscuit egg, cheese and bacon was amazing! And the baked good choices all sound wonderful, I went with the chocolate almond croissant, but there are also yummy. looking vegan choices.

INCREDIBLE. A MUST STOP IN VERMONT. Truly a gem of a shop. Some of the best pastries in the US (+ I’ve lived in multiple major cities). Delicious espresso, breakfast sandwiches, + pastries!!! Go go go! I wish I lived closer.

The bakery team is incredibly talented - they make delicious pastries that are classic and offer unique flavors. The GF mushroom chocolate chip cookie is amazing, as well as the hazelnut raspberry financier. The barista was very sweet, and the overall atmosphere was so nice. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating which is a bonus. I can’t wait to visit again!

I loved Woodland. The bakewell bar was phenomenal! The breakfast burrito was melt in your mouth goodness. My friend had the breakfast sandwich and an espresso and was in love. Everything is fresh, the staff was kind, courteous and thoughtful. I highly recommend going to Woodland and getting a quick and mouthwatering delicious bite

The best coffee shop in the area, IMO (and there are other good local options, so that’s saying something). Woodland has it all: THE best croissants south of Montréal, great coffee, and warm and welcoming staff and vibe. Plus a nice young family behind it all. Just perfect.

Pretty much the best coffee in town and the best pastry options. They have multiple delicious gluten free options, not just macaroons! The GF selection rotates so it's never just the same stale old thing.

The best patisserie in Stowe. Every croissant and roll we ordered was perfect—I would even rate it among the best I’ve had (including in France).

The biscuits for their breakfast sandwiches are mouthwateringly good! Well-made espresso too.
