Belmont Public Library

Big library with a great book collection. A huge parking lot makes the trip to the library easy . The outdoor play area is great. There are a lot of fun programs available.

I went I to the Taube room. to get a voting pamphlett. Everyone was friendly and helpful. After voting, I went
to pay for a book that was on sale. The librarian behind the desk showed me where to put the cash in a drop-off box. Again, the librarian was friendly and very helpful.
The Belmont Library is huge and a wonderful community meeting spot.

Very well organised with a huge collection of books. Computers to surf and printers if you want print something as well as a cafe inside for coffee breaks from tireless study times

Belmont library is my favorite library to bring my kids. The librarians are all committed to encourage reading for everyone and are all super friendly! It might not be the biggest library in the peninsula area but the atmosphere, and the positive attitudes makes it the best in my opinion.

Really great people working there. My kids always love to go there.

Love this library, even though it seems small there’s an area for toddlers and kids, a fireplace that’s really cozy, rooms for individual studies, outdoor seating and a great selection of media. You can use computers, print anything you need, make copies, and even play board games. Everyone is so kind and helpful. There’s also events to bring the community together, and a playground and beautiful garden just outside. I’m lucky to call this my local library!

Extremely well run, well stocked library with super friendly and competent librarians.

Enough said. Wonderful collection of books, and digital material. Clean reading rooms and a fireplace to sit by and read in peace.

Such a nice library! A ton of programs available here and activities for children of all ages. Easily spent 2 hours here with our 1.5 and 3.5 year olds.

One of the best libraries in the Bay Area, top notch service and wide selection of books and movies as well as online resources. They also hold programs for children and adults.

Wonderful library. I took my 3 year old and he enjoyed playing on the indoor bus structure and watching a live book reading.

I like the library but there is not enough of it. I've come around to my dad's position that this should have been a much more intensely developed anchor of the community.

I love this library and the staff is always available and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot wait until they reopen when it’s safe again. I’ve missed my library most of all during this crisis.

This excellent place for home maker with kids to come and gain knowledge on local things and play with the kids, It has story telling hours everyday in the morning, especially on Tuesdays they have musical story time is very useful for babies and small kids.
