The doctors here are really nice and have positive vibes. I don't have to wait long too see my doc. I like this place a lot.

Joan in the office is an unfeeling person who asks why I don't work. And our emails are blocked. Sorry you had to do that Hoping Dr Trista is a little bit kinder. I have worked in a doctors office and I have never done what Joan has done.....Unfeeling. Joan needs to get compassion. Or fired. No compassion. Joan seems to think people with cancer should work.

I want to start by acknowledging that Jon and Diana are excellent healthcare professionals. Unfortunately, that only goes so far if the office itself is not well managed and professional. Trying to get a hold of anyone is next to impossible. The phone menu is inaccurate or malfunctioning. I thought that I was done with this office a long, long time ago, but I am in need of my medical records. Let's just say, I have no idea when or if I'll ever get them...unless I drive to the office myself.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I've been a patient of Dr. Jon Trister for years. I had scheduled an appointment with them and called a day prior 17 times, left a voice mail to ask about the time of my appointment. The next morning of my appointment I had called an additional 23 times and left a voice mail. I finally received a phone call stating I had missed my appointment. I expressed my stress about no one returning my calls and I got "I am the only person answering the phones and thousands of phone calls come in a day" then offered me a 1pm appointment. I show up and of course they don't have me in their schedule. Dr. Trister is a phenomenal doctor however his office staff are extremely rude and show no morals or sympathy for their clients/patients. There was only one sweet lady who tried to help me when the practitioner just showed me the door as if I lack the intelligence to know how a business should be ran. Very snotty. I am now looking elsewhere for a primary care provider that can actually manage better with their patients, time, and business as a whole

Absolutely deplorable service. Non educated medical assistants that were extremely disrespectful. Denied the right to make a medical visit because of a pending balance. With a pandemic going on and the ER congested the receptionists advice is going somewhere else. This is the staff that is hired to provide customer service for patients. Absolutely deplorable!!!

I love the doctor but it so difficult to get hold of anyone when u call the office, am in need of a prior authorization and I have been calling the office for the whole day not even a missed call from them . So frustrating
