Auburn Water District (Ma)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE with 0 accountability!
Not only do they fail to communicate problems when they arrive (we went 6 months with both arsenic and a dangerous bacteria in the water without knowing until 6 months later! I had to find out on an am station by accident!)
Made an appointment for them to come out at 8am today and it's after 9am and still no show. I call and get the run around "oh no body recalls you calling" WHAT? Are you kidding me? I double checked that I had in fact called and I had. I had written down the appointment on my google calendar as I was on the phone. I was met with gas lighting and denying. We've had to replace our water heater 3 times in less than 10 years because of the poor water conditions, 1 dishwasher, 5 kitchen sink faucets, 2 bathroom faucets and just had a plumber come out doing 4k worth of work because our pipes were so badly corroded from this water companies water that the turn valves were literally popping off!
This is a private company, not even run by the town. Just about gathering money with no care for their customers. We'll probably be charged for their pipe to be replaced as well...
