The UPS Store

I recently used the notary service at the UPS Store and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They made the process seamless and convenient, and I appreciated their attention to detail. I highly recommend their notary services to anyone in need!

The guys in the store are very friendly and have a lot of patience when asking for something like I went here to take the passport size photos and they are like taking photos multiple times until I accept the photos that has been captured. Also, we had a friendly conversation which made us like this is not our first visit even though it was our first visit.
Really appreciated the service.

On a Saturday, I arrived at 3:59pm literally not aware they close at 4pm. Tyler was working and happily took me so I could return my two packages. I hate being that person to come in and be like “oh I just made it haha” because I despised those customers. But it was nice to not be turned away. Thanks Tyler!

The staff is quick and helpful! I am in and out very quickly. They also offer advice when I am unsure how to make a return.

I use the UPS store in Auburn Mass this is my go to store for all my shipping needs they are always friendly and very helpful.

Quick friendly service. Always willing to help with questions and offer advice in the best ways to ship. Plus for old people like me they help to bring your boxes from your car as well.

I use the Auburn store a lot for Amazon returns. It seems like they've had the same 4 or 5 staff members working there for a year or so and they're very efficient and polite. I always get a shipping receipt without needing to ask for it. I admire their ability to handle crowds there efficiently.

Just brought 35 packages and a shipping list to Auburn UPS and the gentleman at the counter did all the work for me. Even in the middle of Christmas rush he was kind and helpful. Thank you so much for making this easy.

Hands down the best UPS store around! From the amazing manager to the phenomenal service provided by the staff- mail being treated with such care, you’d think it’s fragile. 5 stars, you guys have definitely outdone yourselves.

This UPS store is very busy, and the guys working there very hard to make everybody happy and they do this. They are taking a time to explain everything with any question you may have. This store is the best from all other UPS stores.
