Friendly's

Friendly's has become expensive. Still like their food, but not at the current prices. Still 5* but I will only visit for ice cream sundaes. $12 for a small plate of loaded waffle fries which are not really loaded is silly. We love Friendly's, servers here are nice and the place is relatively clean. I eat out often, as I travel for work. There are many other places you can get the same quality food for much cheaper. Friendly's ... You may want to rethink pricing.

Oh so delicious! The strawberry milkshake is so delicious and they have amazing options aside from the burgers which honestly are more tasty than the burgers. Lots of options friendly staff relaxed and fun atmosphere! Kids food available of course, many options. Near lots of kid friendly places too and the whole development is newer. Very nice!

Food was amazing!!!! I had a bacon cheeseburger. So good. Fries were sooo good as well. Mashed Potatoes delish, I thought about ordering another side. And the bones less "wings " were more like nuggets..... Going back foe root beer float and hot fudge sundae. I would have added photos but didn't get a chance to take them food was so good it got eaten too fast.

Best Friendly's we've been to in a longgg time. This is our new go-to place with our 5 year old. Food is always cooked fresh, and yummy. The establishment is always clean too and the servers are friendly! I don't know why people think this is "gourmet" food. It's a nice, kid-friendly place that has quick bites.

First time in years at a Friendly's. Love the updated decor. We went for dessert... and the sundaes were well worth it! The server was very helpful and friendly, but a bit over worked, slowing her down slightly.

I had a wonderful time at friendly, the service was amazing. Our server was very kind, it was a great atmosphere. The food was very delicious and my drink was very refreshing.

We took a chance here despite the poor reviews, knowing we had a backup restaurant planned if service was as poor as other reviewers have stated. It’s clear however, that they are trying. For a Wednesday night, the restaurant had a handful of patrons and our server, an older woman, was training a young server. We never caught their names but the older server was genuinely interested in our experience, making sure our food was delicious and that our experience overall, was good. Our mini mozzarella sticks came out hot and our entrees reminded me of the Friendly’s of old - hot, stuffed turkey supermelts packed with all the yumminess we remember from our childhood. This experience far exceeded when I first came here years ago. That experience was horrible, but this one was excellent. It’s evident that the server’s are trying. I hope the effort continues. I’d much prefer to come here than trek out to Auburn.

We ordered take out online. Scheduled to be ready for 657pm, I walked in, they were slammed. All the Staff running around like crazy.
A young man came over, asked me if I was all set, I told him my name and I had a take out. He came right out with it and it was in my hands at 656pm!
Fantastic staff, delicious food and right on time service !

Food is good and fresh. My order was correct and ontime. The atmosphere is great. Staff is nice.

Can't say enough. Great burger platter, not expensive, free Happy Ending! I have missed not having one near me. Service always a little slow, tho.

Had the best Chocolate and Strawberry fribble made by Addie (Addy?) at the front! ♡ She put a lot of care into measuring, filling it up, and cleaning the outer part of the cup before handing it to us.
Hope to have her again in the future!

Was absolutely in my glory! I miss my local friendlys as it’s been closed down with multiple other locations in MA including a whole 0 left on Cape Cod! When I was visiting for a competition this weekend I stumbled upon this brilliant idea! Not to mention had my favorite meal, fast service, and can’t forget the bonus peanut butter cup sundae…only problem was which to eat first

Our server Liam made our day! You have an amazing server in that man! We are visiting from Oregon and he was great!

I actually used the drive, thru. Because I was working . The food was Awsome . Hot and exactly what I wanted . Fast and the person @ the window was very " Friendly" 😁

Awesome meal. Doritos Cool Ranch Chopburger and mini mozz sticks were great. All American Burger was aLao perfect. Also had butter crunch and coffee fribbles they were excellent. Everything was hot and fresh, and ready when I got there!

We went around 3:00 PM so it was completely dead inside. I ordered the pineapple stir-fry, and our waitress told us that the cook had to make new rice, so they offered me a free bowl of soup while I waited. The entrée was good, the service was great and the ice cream is always excellent!

Excellent in every way, Good friendly service, clean restaurant and well prepared food served hot with a smile. This was our 3rd trip to the Westborough Friendly's and found it Excellent each time.

Such a cute little restaurant I am so glad they are still around. Such a nostalgic place with such good food and most importantly… ice cream sundaes!! I can tell that each and every staff member is putting in their best efforts regardless of them being so understaffed. 10/10 would recommend I had a great time
