jeremiah was so nice!! his coworker was also nice who helped us. and then he took over once the guy left: jeremiah helped me with my phone and was wicked patient and stayed the whole time!! definitely the ideal worker

The Marlboro store manager, Jairo, is great. He and the other staff working there were very patient with me as went over different options and how they would affect my current plan. At no point did they ever rush me or make me feel pressured. They were just super helpful

I live in Worcester but will travel to this AT&T because the customer service here is outstanding. From the moment you step in everyone welcomes you. It’s always clean & organized. Jairo (who usually helps me) is ready to answer all your questions. He also makes sure you are happy with your service. He has so much knowledge & if he doesn’t know the answer he will find the answer.

The store associate that helped my mother purchase a new phone was a saint - despite the fact that we all had to make sure to wear a winter coat because there hasn't been any heat! The amount of patience and understanding that was shown to my (older) mother was something that isn't taught, it is inherently part of who that associate is. I didn't get the name (shame on me). Great experience.

I’m happy with the phone and deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone with the basics. Jairo was able to provide me with what I needed and more. He was very informative and helpful. I will continue doing business with AT&T.

I needed to get a sim card for my new phone (upgrading a current line). Victor was the only employee during the last hour of the day, and he deftly helped the other customer and me simultaneously. He even brought out an extra chair from the back, to make sure we were all comfortable. It didn't take any longer than I was expecting, and I got to watch him untangle a difficult problem for the other customer while he dealt with my straightforward request.

Sign light was off , little difficult to find in strip-mall.

Loved my experience here Jairo was very helpful he went through the whole process with me and explained it. I will definitely be coming back if I have any more phone issues.

Carlos was excellent at the Marlboro store. I jumped ship from Verizon after 33 years of loyalty. He was informative, professional and helpful throughout the whole transaction. Every time I had a question after the sale he made himself always available. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Carlos!!

After 10 years of being with Sprint I didn't feel appreciated and felt like I wanted a better phone plan and better customer service. My plan was to visit T-Mobile, At&t, and Verizon to compare and find the best deal for me. I came to this At&t store and was quickly greeted by Carlos who took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted from my service provider.
Carlos took it upon himself to show me various options with different plans and even different phones that could get us better deals. Before I knew it I was getting an awesome deal for my family of four with new phones, better service and it was less expensive than what I was paying with Sprint after being with them for 10 YEARS. I didn't even have to go compare with T-Mobile and Verizon as I knew Carlos had given me one of the best deals I was going to be able to get.
Now I am a happy At&t customer and will continue coming to this store for all my future phone needs.

Apple Store on the Pond wanted $1200👎

The employees are so nice and helped me upgrade my phone quickly so I can go do other things. They’re very understanding as I had other things to do throughout the day.

Very helpful and efficient service. Jairo quickly helped me when I came in for an upgrade. Will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

I recommend seeing Carlos if you have any problem with your phone or simply buying just a case. Upon entering the store, he greeted me with a warm smile that made me feel welcome. He helped me find the perfect case for my needs. He's great, I will definitely go see him for any phone situations!

Went in to change to a more reliable provider and I haven't been dissapointed. I was fortunate enough to have Carlos handle, what I thought was going to be the headache of getting a new cell provider. He was very informative, professional, and courteous throughout the sale and really went the extra mile to make the experience go as smoothly as possible.

Carlos is wonderful. He is very patient and helpful (he knows his product!). And, he is focused. He doesn't get frazzled if there are people waiting. He spends as much time as is needed with each customer. Once, he was helping someone when I came in, then another lady came in, then a couple came in. The window seats were filled on both sides. When it was my turn, no one else existed. That's profressional! Good Job, Carlos!

Would love a call back from a manager at this location as I came into the store purchased two Apple watches, explicitly denied the AT&T protection plan, but it was added anyway.

Went to the RK Plaza location for a Galaxy Smartwatch. Carlos was very helpful with attending to my needs and very knowledgeable about the products and plans and even let me check out his own.
