Michelle is amazing. Very responsive and patient. She sent pictures and videos of everything as they tested items out. The entire process was beyond smooth. Now keep in mind I have never met her. Jay I did meet and is equally amazing . He let us test all of the sofas and made sure we got the one we were happy with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am 45 miles away and will gladly drive there just because the prices and service just can’t be beat.I love my new freezer and sofa You have a customer for life.

One thing I'm big on is communication online when trying to purchase a product.... They knocked it out the park. They are also extremely nice.. They had a great deal for me. I bought a digital piano yesterday. It was the best price that I could find. Hailey was so helpful with setting it up so that we could test it. She texted me when she realized we forgot the headphone and she ended up waiting for us to come back after her shift was over. We were just so thankful for her patience because otherwise, we would have to drive all the way back the next day!

Their prices are amazing, and they inspect and label all of their merchandise so you know the condition of every item before you make a purchase. Couldn't be happier with these guys! I found the perfect refrigerator at about half the price of what i had seen in the big box stores!
