This Kroger has the friendliest and most helpful employees of any Kroger Ive been. Its parking lots are clean compared to other Krogers nearby. The Manager of this store has made this location a cut (or 3) above the rest. GREAT EMPLOYEES! They actually speak and smile.

This Kroger is the nearest one to where we live. I have been there many, many times over the years. They always have what I need. I'm in there at least once a week. I like that I get points for gas and that their gas station is in the parking lot. If you live near Thomas Crossroads, this is a good place to shop.

Great shopping. Usually better prices than other groceries nearby, but not always have full stock. Staff is always friendly & they don't hesitate to open extra lanes when needed, so check out is faster too.

It's where I shop at Kroger and some restaurants, Chinese food is good

This Kroger has a larger selection of everything than any Kroger around. Employees aren't all nice

Good area, traffic is a little bananas around rush hour.

I do pick up most of the time, always ready when l get there. It gets put in the car and home l go.

I shop here all the time and have never had issues. I have went in a few times, in the early morning when they were stocking the shelves and was still able to shop without a problem. Staff was helpful and friendly, asked if I needed help finding anything.

Not a bad place to shop. Some of the shelves are empty but get refilled sooner or later. Their rotisserie chicken is quite pleasant and affordable.

I love picking up my favorite juice from this store after work.

Kroger is convenient for everyone. My daughter took friend here to get a few groceries.

This Kroger store at Thomas Road Crossings is my favorite Kroger store. They have good deals and good food at the deli. Very reasonably priced I believe

Shopping is always a pleasure for me and my family

Went to the Kroger in the shopping center. The store recently expanded and is experiencing growing pains in the looks department. The overall selection in the store is nice and they offer a curb side pickup service. The staff is extremely friendly and the lines are short minimizing wait time. Overall a nice experience.

kroger pharmacy, best pharmacy around

I personally visited the Kroger in the shopping center and I do like the pharmacy because it's right next to the doctor but I honestly don't like visiting this Kroger very often for the simple fact that the female manager with short hair is very rude, she's very quick to run outside for any reason, take pictures of your vehicle for the smallest of things, she will just harass the living hell out of you and the employees all have talked to me about this and I asked why is she like that and they say that she has no life and she has worked there for like 30 years or more but she will also be so quick 2 just come out and stand there and watch every move you make for no reason, whether it's outside the store or inside the store. I don't know what is wrong with her but there are a lot of people that talk about this manager in particular and she really makes the store very uninviting. The other employees are very nice and the people that I've talked to you about her, they are very cool so I appreciate that but I don't like to go in the store and a manager automatically just assumed that every single person in the store is trying to steal something. Even if every person was trying to steal something, you're not going to catch everybody and you're going to make it a miserable experience for all the other people shopping there oh, I think it's just time for her to retire. I think she acts like that because she's been doing the same job for so many years that she has to do something at this point to make it fun for herself and harassing the customers makes it fun for her I'm guessing. The story used to be not in great condition but I have noticed lately that it is a lot more cleaner.
