Fleet Feet Peachtree City

This was definitely an experience. I am a runner and recently I was looking for a new pair of shoes. If you are an experienced runner, you know about stress fractures. They can be annoying, but they come with the territory. Me and my wife went in with no real expectations. However, because of the professional of the staff we were very pleased with our purchase. Our sales girl was Brandy. She first took us through a foot assessment. This included a walk on the store's pad. It gives general information about how much stress you put on each foot. The direction of travel when you walk. Also, some more information that's shared at the end. I got my analysis. We went through three models. The last one was a winner. Some of the information that comes out of the assessment you already should know. Most of us have a general idea but sometimes need confirmation. Thank you again to Brandy for the great experience. Management definitely can take the credit for a great hire.

My orthopaedic doctor recommended that I buy a pair of Hoka shoes for the support of my feet. I started to order a pair online, but a woman who was wearing a pair where I work out told me to go to Fleet Feet, She said they could measure precisely what design would work best for me. I followed her suggestion, and boy was I impressed with the technology that they used to look at many aspects of my feet, my gait, etc., Brandy, the associate who assisted me, was then able to recommend 2 styles that would work best for me. She had me try each on, and watched me walk in each pair, and then we selected the best. I was really impressed!

Couldn't be any happier with this store. Fantastic employees. A young man but the name of Hans took a great deal of time and care in helping me pick out the perfect shoe for my needs. He was professional, super helpful and gave me a choice of a few shies that he thought would be best and we tried them on and sure enough I found the perfect shoe. I couldn't be any happier with the store. The employees and the care they gave me during my visit was exceptional. I highly recommend Fleet Feet to those looking for a running/walking shoe. Fantastic process. From the high-tech analysis to the one-on-one attention, I’ve never had a better buying experience. Turns out I’ve been wearing shoes that are too big because I have a wide foot. They had attractive wide-foot shoes in stock and now my feet feel like a million bucks. But I didn’t spend any more than I would have at that discount shoe store down the road!

I came here knowing I need a shoe change but not knowing how bad my shoes were for my feet. My last pair of shoes were a size too small and for narrow feet. They would tear very easily. I got scanned and sized and the worker told me I have wide feet and I needed to wear a different size shoe. This helped me so much and I am so thankful for their help.

Alexa was a great help to me and my busy toddler! She was informative, patient and really kind. She even went the extra mile and swapped out my inserts that came with my shoes and placed the specialized inserts I purchased, into my shoes so that they were ready to wear! Awesome customer service.

In short, here at Fleetfeet, They take your measurements and then they scan your feet to see where you apply pressure, check how you walk and then save it in to your profile so they can recommend a good shoe. Ever since using the shoes they recommended, I barely recognize the pain in my feet. The staff have always been patient and courteous. I only buy Hoka’s from here but they have a wide assortment of other brands. If you want your pick of color though, you might need to come soon after the color drops or you can easily buy from their online Fleetfeet website. Returns are easy that you can return them in store even if you ordered from their online Fleetfeet shop.

I come here almost once a year for shoes. I last visited on February 4, 2024 for a new pair of shoes for me, my husband and my sister. The staff were very helpful and the young man that personally interacted with us was very sweet and patient. He was running back and forth to the storage for different shoe sizes for us, but he was still so sweet and eager to get us the right fit. I lost my receipt to the wind and rain before I could get home to review, so I didn’t catch his name. (thank you btw for all your help and to the staff that helped in the shadows helping to find the shoes!) I brought a cardboard cutout of my husbands feet because he is in the EU and the shoes I love (Hoka Clifton & Bondi) are just too expensive there. Found a pair for my husband and I in store and ended up ordering from the fleet feet website for my sister.

I’ve always been impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. I first visited this store on a recommendation from a coworker from my uncomfortable experience at a store called Ortho-something in PTC (They made me feel pressured to buy and not seeming to care about my requests so I’ve never returned). Here at Fleetfeet, I didn’t feel pressured to buy, but on my first visit, I was so comfortable that I bought a pair of shoes here. A pushy salesman can pressure someone into buying once, but a patient and observant salesman can get the customer to return & recommend others. In my case, I returned many times and even brought 2 more customers.

I had Brandy help me out to find some insoles and she was the sweetest thing. She was extremely informative and was able to give me a selection to choose from when it came to selecting the insoles. For sure coming back when needed!

Always a great experience here. Megan worked soo hard with finding a shoe that could help me. I think we went through 5 pairs of shoes and she was so patient and kind. She listened to all my concerns and helped me so much in this journey. Thanks again for all you do Megan

I'm not much of a runner, but since I started working from home, I’ve noticed the need to be more active. Even though I wouldn’t say, I liked that the machine measured me as a size 7, 1/2 bigger than what I used to buy. I see now the difference in my aching feet, and surprisingly enough, my back pain has decreased. The customer service was a bonus; I felt appropriately greeted but free to look around without the pressure of somebody looking over my shoulders. When I needed help, I asked, and this sweet and polite young lady came and helped me pick the best shoes according to my needs. As I told her my whole life story, she invited me to join their running club on Saturdays; I'll try my best to attend but not sure that outdoor sports are my thing. ALEXA is awesome!! I have never had customer service to the extent that I was given today from anywhere. Alexa had detailed knowledge about the shoes I needed. Alexa’s energy was positive and extremely down to earth. She was genuine, professional, and very talented at her shoe choices based on my need versus my personal preferences. I was recently recommended by my doctor to seek a special supportive shoe. After giving me the evaluation on their foot and walking scanner, Alexa took her time to explain the precise details of each of my feet. She was very kind and it was an extremely refreshing experience. If you are looking for a running shoe or like me, recovering from a torn plantar fascia/plantar fasciitis, YOU WANT TO SEE ALEXA.

Had excellent service at Fleet Feet in Peachtree city. Ms.Brandi asked questions to ascertain what I needed. Brought out 3 pairs to try. Didn’t rush me, listened to my concerns. I’ve been singing their praises to all !!

Update…after a week wearing noticed pressure on both little toes and pain on outside of right foot. Went back and saw Brandi and she said sometimes it takes awhile to be sure of feet. She again had shoes to try and insoles. Found the right combination:) this is the standard of a professional. No fuss just fixed!!
