Amira was more than kind and helpful on my visit today. They have a great selection of Sorel shoes, which are a favorite brand.

This place is awesome! Shopping in person the girls are so nice and helpful. Great selection of trendy shoes. But I have to tell you today they really sealed the deal as a customer for life. I called about a pair of boots and the girl asked me for my number and sent me pictures of them!!! Outstanding customer service. Thanks y’all!

I cannot brag about this small business enough. Not only do they have the cutest shoes, but they have some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The girls are always so friendly and after my first purchase, I got a hand written thank you letter and it warmed my heart. Forever my new favorite shoe store!!

Just left the store, and I bought the cutest boots ever! The two ladies working greeted me upon entry, and asked if I needed any help. The side bar convo we had about shoes and heel bight was funny and pleasant. I will definitely be back!

I wanted to love this place but I was really disappointed in the experiences I had at this store. 1. I felt really uncomfortable shopping in there because usually you’re one of the only ones in the store and the associates stare at you while you walk around the store. It’s really awkward. 2. You can’t return their shoes. You can only exchange which is a major bummer. And 3. I bought a pair of shoes and tried them on in the store, but when I got home I realized the size of the shoe and the size on the box didn’t match. So I called the store and they said it must have been a manufacturer defect and there wasn’t anything they could do. Really disappointing experiences there!
