From the moment I entered Bath & Body Works, I had a wonderful shopping experience. Justice unlocked the door and greeted me with a contagious
smile that lit up the store. Justice immediately told us about the sales & to check our emails. Justice suggested I smell the Island Margrita & Pink Apple 3-wick candles. The scents are amazing! Justice, told me to have my bar code scanned at checkout to earn points. I never knew about it. Thanks Justice for your outstanding customer service skills, advice, & recommendations. I had to tell the store manager about my wonderful experience today. The manager was thankful for the compliments & proud of Justice.

Everybody is so nice and inviting and friendly inside, they welcome you. It is organized and smells wonderful there. There are so many options and choices always, great deals and selections.
I stopped by because I didn't know what scent of a candle I wanted to get. I got an offer on Facebook, and of course, you know, Black Friday deals and everything are coming across, and of course, it's WAY to go to be true. So I asked the woman cause she asked me if I was there for the candle deal. And I was like, yes! She said the $12.95, and I said. Then I went to the car after I'd made my choices, and I looked at it and my deal said $2.90. I was thinking that I had to buy them online to get that deal. So I went back inside after looking and is that I could buy them in the store also, so I thought I was only needing to give the code to the register. I went back and I checked with a woman and she said that NOPE, that was in fact a scam. That they even sent that email to corporate, that identical scam, and if they were trying to work on it. Alarm bells, EVERYONE don't fall victim to that scam. Because Black Friday deals are good! However, like she said, they not gonna giving a $26 candle for $2.90.

She did say that there were a lot of people who had already come in because of that ad, so I wasn't alone.

The store staff is absolutely awesome especially Melissa, she went out of her way to help in any way that she could with regards to finding certain candle scents that we were looking for, great store great experience!!!

Did some early morning shopping, picking up the new Luminous scent! The Staff was Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Got in and out in under 30 minutes...a 1st for Me!

What can I say about this place that hasn't been said already. I perfect go to. As a woman I love bath products, smell good lotions, and candles. Excellent sales and deals, and super friendly staff. Their Valentine Collection is out of this world.

Good establishment, my wife and daughter came a bought a few items for themselves.

I just went in and had a fabulous experience all thanks to Kelsey. She was very knowledgeable on products and scents, very kind, and very patient. I think she might’ve even stayed past her shift to continue helping me. I haven’t shopped at a Bath and Body Works in YEARS. But thanks to Kelsey, I will be returning to buy more products.

This place always smells wonderful. I love Bath&Body Works, especially their essential oils products. You can find good deals shopping online and through their text club.

I just had one of the best shopping experiences ever at this location because of an employee named Amira(sp). I came in to exchange some items and she was soo helpful. She showed me around the store recommending different scents and showing me to the specific scents I wanted. She even kept my three test old toddler occupied while I decided. She was very sweet and patient. This slightly stressed momma really appreciate it.

There was a woman named Karen and because of her I will continue to come back. She was too sweet and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I don’t go into bath & bodywork’s because the sweet smell always gets to me but she was so helpful and kind I will continue to come get candles when she works !

I greatly appreciated the service at this location. I needed travel size items and the sales associate directed me in the right direction. The sales associates often make sure you find everything you need. Great job 👏

Love this standalone store amazing service. I take a 20 minute ride to this store because of the amazing service. The store in The Fayetteville Pavillion is a HOT MESS... The ladies always seem to have an Attitude. Not all but most. It’s been better in the pass month.

I absolutely love the store at the Avenue, in PTC. All the ladies working there are smiling and ready to help. The one thing I don't like is they have new scents all the time and I want to buy them all :-)

Teresa is a wonderful associate. She welcomed me so warmly and told me about all of sales and new products. I ended up buying more than what I went in the store to buy. 😄

I received such great service at Bath & Body at The Avenue. Brooke and Tiana both provided excellent service. I couldn’t find a scent of wallflower that I really love, and Tiana took time to lookup the scent and spent time looking through the store trying to find the few wallflowers that were left of the scent. Brooke took care of me at the register and was very patient and friendly. Service like this means a lot to me. Thank you so much for making me feel seen and providing such fabulous service!🙏💕

I went to bath and body works for semi annual sale. They weren't too busy this morning. It is a nice store and very clean. Employee's are nice and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

Was there last Wednesday 1-22-21....and I must I was so pleased with my WHOLE experience from the GREAT products you provide to the 2 amazing young women that were running the entire store I . Cannot wait to revisit!!!
