This was my first time shipping a vehicle and it was so hassle free. I had received offers from a ton of other companies and it was getting overwhelming for me with all the messages they send. I chanced upon AmeriFreight in an article that listed it as one of the best and decided to give it a try. After I received the quote Jessica Hill gave me a call and found me a driver the next morning who was ready to pick up my vehicle from El Paso Texas at 2:15pm, and it arrived in Auburn Alabama at 7:19am (05/07/2024 - 05/09/2024). Jessica went above and beyond to coordinate this for me despite me being out of the country and unable to make calls. It was really amazing working with AmeriFreight and Jessica. I would 100% recommend using them.

We had an excellent experience with AmeriFreight. We shipped two vehicles with them for a cross country move. They were very upfront about estimates and both cars came in within $100 of the original quoted price. There were ice storms in TN in the middle of the first shipment and they were very communicative with the status of the vehicle. The second car was shipped two weeks later and actually showed up a day early. Also excellent communication with regards to that vehicle. Ship with confidence.

I started the process of trying to get my car down with Easy Auto Ship, which was an absolute disaster. Amerifreight was amazing! I called later on a Friday after I gave up after three weeks dealing with EAS. Amerifreight had it picked up that same day and delivered from MN to GA on Sunday!! I also paid for open transport and ended up getting enclosed! Robyn was fantastic to deal with!

Re: 15522610. I shipped two vehicles from the west coast to Atlanta. The price was very competitive, even got a discount for multiple vehicles and returning customer. Jennifer was very accommodating and kept me up to date during the process. The driver was very courteous and very helpful as well. Vehicles left WA on a Monday and was sitting in my driveway in Atlanta Friday night. I will be using AmeriFreight again in the near future with a vintage sports car. Highly recommend.

I had gone through several companies looking for a quote, but it wasn't until I spoke to Christine (order 15938579) that I knew I was in good hands. I was trying to arrange shipment of a vehicle from a port (arriving from Japan), and none of the companies I had spoken with could give me a clear sense of the process or a timeline for when things would happen. Christine had the answer to each of my questions, and when she didn't know immediately she found out and reported back. She kept me in the loop during every step of the process, and she really put my mind at ease. Next time I need to ship a vehicle I won't go with anybody else but Christine and AmeriFreight!

Needed my Mustang shipped from North Carolina to Utah. Got quotes from all the common brokers that show up on a google search. They're all pretty much the same...middlemen that find an actual carrier for you. I went with Amerifreight because the agent that handled my request, "Tiffany", communicated clearly and professionally. It took a few days to get a bid on my transport. It was around $400 more than what Amerifreight quoted. Not surprised since gas prices have jumped $1 per gallon over the past 2 months. I agreed to the bid and paid Amerifreight their portion. An hour later she called and said the carrier cancelled. A couple hours later she called and had an offer from another carrier, United Auto transport, but it was an additional $100. I said no because I'm not in a hurry. She then talked them down $50, so I said F it and agreed. The next day I get a refund of $50 and wasn't sure why. She said it was to put towards the balance due to the carrier. So they actually paid the difference. I was shocked. From their it went into the carriers hands. Tiffany followed up the day after delivery. Overall it went very well.

Had my father-in-laws old 92 Ford "Nite" F150 shipped to me from Sequim (2 hrs north of Seattle) to the Twin Cities MN. The driver Nate, was great at communicating with me his approximate arrivale - even though there was a delay from a snow storm. We had to unload it about a mile from my home as my road had weight restrictions. It all worked out and I would use them again.

Honestly my wife and I were really tired as the two previous places we tried to ship her car through gave one price and had us pay a deposit just to double + the price on the day they were supposed to pick up and just made everything a headache. Once I got into contact with Rosalind everything was to easy and we got scheduled for a pickup the same day and actually got a pretty accurate quote. Whenever a person is sincere about what they do then you will always find common ground to connect. We used AmeriFreight to ship my son's new car to his Army base in Seattle. Throughout the process over various types of communication, I felt Harry was very authentic, sincere, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant about the level of service he consistently provides. He alleviated a lot of my concerns since this was my first time using a transport service and I felt very comfortable that my son's car was in good hands. This is the first time we have shipped a car and Gina was wonderful, kept me from biting my nails as the time became short. My husband met the driver in a nearby parking area and then Victor drove him back home. Victor called about the delivery to tell us it would take a bit longer and that was not a problem.
