Publix Super Market at South Hampton Village

This location is very clean..
They have a dispenser with jelly beans, fresh made sushi and deli.

I only shop for BOGO items, in GA that makes the half off.

Customer Service was Great.. i think I passed a manager and he gave me a friendly greeting and the cashier was great. Will go to this one more often.

I wish they had self checkout but they had enough lanes open.

Kat in the floral department is amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bouquet. I explained that I needed them for a special occasion and she immediately went into helping me figure out the best one. She was so kind 🩷

Great customer service every time I am here. The store is usually clean and well organized. Some of the "uncommon" produce is shelved past it's prime, but one of the better stores in the area.

Best Public in Atlanta. Staff is always super friendly and exceptional helpful, particularly Ms. Betty in the deli department! This store should be a model of all other locations around town.

I've always shopped at this store pretty much , when living in the area. I now live about 45 minutes away. I still choose this store over many others.I have shopped at their stores in different areas & states, and this one so far exceeds all of the others . They are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. It's always super busy; yet they find the time to greet customers, ask them if they need help , are willing to help you if you need to find an item. 95%of the cashiers always ask if you found everything. Pretty much tells you as you leave,to have a good day. My only critique is; in the deli section where they sell hot,cooked, food: I know you don't want to waste your products, but some of the food that sits there to be sold is "dried out." Please get rid of it rather than let it sit there to be sold to customers. No one wants to pay good money for food like that . On many,many, occasions I've observed customers who walked away and said they weren't going to buy it because it was too dried out. Besides, it's very unappealing to look at food like that. Managers, suggest to corporate to get lids for the heating tables; rather than have food sit there in the open air and dry out. I know you want people to be able to" see" what you have ,but there are various ways you can do that as well.I know there's an employee hiring problem. Hard to get workers everywhere.But please- try to have at least one other person in the deli (where meat and cheeses are sold and sliced) when possible; that is trained. Especially during busy times. Yesterday I was in there , and in the middle of the busiest time of the day,they had to 🛑 stop and "clean" the slicers. Yes it is mandatory, I fully understand that. They must be cleaned. Manager of that department needs to arrange another time to have it done; not getting off work and getting out of school time!!! (Your employees in the front have to take the flack, attitude ,and dirty stares for that from customers. One lady was downright rude . You can't change ignorance but you can at least slow it down, by having knowledgeable people .) It was at "least" 15 minutes ? ( Minimum) as they cleaned the slicer , that I ,along with ten other customers waited. Five of them walked away and never returned. 6 more showed up, and patiently waited. Then, one employee had very little knowledge of what was there,what was on sale,or the prices!! He had to keep asking the other employee questions about everything; It took forever 😔 I'm not an impatient person. I always try to allow for human error and mistakes, without flipping out. Then,they ran out of the one meat that was on sale. Take the sign down so people will know it's no longer available. Simple solution. Try not to pick the busiest time of the day to stop and clean your slicers . Otherwise ,you guys have a fantastic supermarket‼😉

This publix is always clean and the staff there are always friendly! I had a small retirement party for my mom and told them how many people I needed to feed and they gave me good recommendations for the size sandwich tray I needed. Their recommendation was perfect and fed the multitude! Thank you deli/sandwich dept! You rock!!!

This Publix is like my second home, only 2.5 miles from my home. Shop here several times a week and have the store aisle by aisle on my computer. Love all the employees, know many by name.

This Publix is always clean and well stocked. Everyone who works there is helpful, smiling and courteous. It's a great thing when your groceries are bagged with a thought to the contents of the bag. Haven't had any smushed bread yet!! Just was there..day before Thanksgiving....it's organized, clean and stocked, with every check out open. Kudos

My favorite grocery store to shop at weekly. Prices are moderate to high as can be expected in our current economy. However, store is always emaculate and well stocked. A nice selection of "Bogos" are always offered on products I really like. Staff is always friendly, especially the man with the beard who is always dressed so nicely in a shirt and tie. He always greets me and will stop what he's doing to help me find something if needed.

The folks here were so kind and helpful! The deli team was amazing and made sure we had everything we wanted on our Pub Subs! Can’t wait till we have one locally in Ky!

Great Publix location! Fast staff, lots of checkout lanes, great selection of everything I needed.

Mr. Willie was a great help to me at my time at this Publix location. I asked him to help me find a product and he stopped right in his tracks to help me. He was very polite and kind in making sure I found what I needed. Definitely a great person to represent public.

This Publix is so clean, employees are helpful and friendly. Management has even bagged my groceries a few times! Being elderly, my neighbor and I have help loading groceries into my car. We both love the bogos. The Bogos are mostly in stock even though near end of weekly sale when we shop. Publix is a wonderful chain. Only question is why we have California's peaches vice Georgia's in Georgia.

I ordered the unicorn pull apart cupcakes online. The order was ready on time. The customer service was great as always.

Plenty of friendly staff, fast check out, and thank god there are no self checkouts. I like engaging with cashiers, bagging clerks, and front managers. They’re friendly and ensure fast service.
