I spend too much here and wish they loaded my car or helped get large order from shelves.... But workers just talk and socialize with each other while watching. Helpful if you find the right rare worker. Just take my 5 stars cause that is what the workforce is now. Lol use the app or website to locate what you need. Specific to every store.

As a realtor and a home owner, I tend to use Home Depot quite often. The PTC Home Depot is well run and has super helpful people throughout! I just did an online transaction with Home Depot where what I had ordered was damaged. It was so easy to get in touch with HD through text and I was very pleased with the customer service. Well done Home Depot!!

Just went into HD to grab a few items. And was greeted by each team member I passed. Ask in a friendly tone if I needed any help. And the store was clean and well stocked. Great job HD PTC!

Great customer service today. We needed an item from the top shelf and we quickly received assistance. There was quite a line of customers trying to check out, but the employees were keeping us moving. Once we got to the cash register, we're were treated to smiles and pleasantries.

We’ve been renting some equipment here for the last week or so and the rental staff are very good. One of the rentals was a 20” chain saw and it ran very well with a brand new chain, full of gas and bar oil. The other rental was a 50’ boom lift that worked great and it was easy to use and tow. HD has slightly higher rental prices than the competition but from what I’ve seen you get what you pay for and having a brand new chain on that chain saw is a good example of that.

Got these awesome garden planters there! See the little plants that have the red stems they're actually floating in the water underneath the soil when they need water they sink down and back into the tube, no brainer when the water!

I recently visited the Home Depot in Peachtree City and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and knowledge of the staff. The store was clean and well-stocked, and I was able to find everything I needed for my home improvement project. The employees were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and answering all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the staff's expertise in the plumbing department, as they were able to provide me with valuable advice on my project. Overall, I had a great experience at the Home Depot in Peachtree City and will definitely be returning for my future home improvement needs.

It was easy to rent a truck and do what I needed without a hassle! Staff were helpful. The process for purchasing mulch was tedious. They could do better by allowing a separate pick up for prepaid purchases.

The staff there are very kind. Still a little pricey. But everyone is nowadays. They were willing to spend lots of time to help me. And were very gracious. Also the store is very clean and kept at a decent temperature.

Ptc gentleman in the paint dept was VERY helpful. In griffin at 8:40 I was told when the 8:45 announcement came on they could no longer mix paint.. in ptc the gentleman was explaining difference between eggshell and satin, didn't rush me at all and the store was closing in 5 min. He mixed a sample for me and it was an awesome experience. Not too many home depot employees are helpful anymore but this man was. I wish I'd gotten his name

After visiting another plumbing supply store and dealing with a rude and unhelpful employee, I was reluctant to even try to get some parts from Home Depot. I am so glad I changed my mind. Larry and another associate were quick to listen and point me to the supplies I needed. It made my day. Thank you for the kindness and expertise.

Bought plants for my garden, along with other items. They were friendly and the garden cashier was polite and helpful. I wish I would of asked for his name.

I had a few items to return the other day and I did not have my receipt. I knew I payed cash and I thought I had it emailed to me. Brandon T. helped me until we were able to find it!! I knew the amount we put in the register at self checkout but couldn't remember the day. After about 20 minutes he tried the register I was on and he found out right away!!! He was amazing!!! Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. 5 stars for Brandon, I wish more associates were like him. He needs a raise!

Emilio is so helpful and sweet. I love purchasing paint from this location. Please turn down the Bluetooth speaker in the light section. I tried to turn it off but could not reach it.

I like to get my paint there because the girl's are very helpful and they can match the color I need. They have a good selection of wood for my projects.
