Tina has been my realtor for over 4 years, and I couldn't be happier! When I wanted to buy the house I just sold, I couldn't find a realtor to help me. I would like to thank Tina for the wonderful experience of buying our first home. She worked patiently with us as we had some issues arise right before closing. Mrs Scarbrough was an amazing agent! From day one she literally ran all over Palm Bay, Sebastian and Melbourne through homes while on Face Time showing us homes with very helpful and knowledgeable remarks. My wife and I live in Michigan so being out of state you need someone that will work hard for you and we definatley found that in Tina.
With out her I do not believe we would have found a home, but we did and the place is beautiful.
Up to and after closing Tina helped us with obtaining a contractor for a new roof, also Home inspection, Termite and septic inspections. After closing our home owners insurance requested interior photos to be taken and gave a deadline to obtain them and yes Tina took care of that issue also.

I had nothing but great things to say about using Shore2Shore Realty. Tina Scarbrough was absolutely the best in helping us find a home that was perfect for our family. We told her what we were looking for and although our budget wasn't high end, you would have never known that. We were treated as if we had 800k to spend. She had homes to show us hours after I called! She showed us at least 20 homes, sometimes twice if I asked with a smile on her face. If I called her with an address I drove by, she had us there that evening.. Never felt pressured, always returned my calls promptly and a wealth of information.
