Great shopping experience.

A beautiful shop with a collection of classy designers located inside Auburn Mall.

Sales associates were always willing to assist. Macy’s will spoil you with choices. Bags, shoes, jewelry, shades, polo shirts, dresses and lots of kiddie items.

Generally Macy’s is a cool place to shop.
The shopping floor is well planned out to make movement easier. This makes shopping with your family enjoyable.

I highly recommend Macy’s cos everything sold here is of high quality.

Matt from sunglass hut had amazing customer service ‼ he taught me so much about glasses and was very patient I tried on 15 glasses before making my purchase and didn't even tell him I would def buy thank you Matt ‼ 🙌🫡

Great selection of shoes! The service was stellar at the make up counter also! Incase you haven't heard toys R Us is back and exclusively in Macy's! It's worth the trip, enjoy!

I usually do on line shopping and only go into the store to make a return. The times I have had to return items I have been greeted and helped by an older gentleman. He is a class act who does his job very efficiently and always with a smile. He is an asset to Macy's.

Great place to shop. I went to the men's fragrance section for Father's Day and the staff there were super, super kind.

Plenty of free parking,hand sanitizer throughout the store, large selection of clothing, quality was excellent. Prices where high but with the on going 40 % off sale and another 20% off if u open an account make it affordable, restrooms on second floor were adequate for a mall store, poop worthy if u must. The best bargain was the selection of shoes,many priced at about $10 .I'll be back.

I received the best customer service from Kamlesh. She answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly, and I walked out with a bunch of amazing new clothes! I wish more people in retail had her work ethic, she was able to assist me in a timely and friendly manor. I'll be back soon!

The Macy's associates at the Fragrance & Beauty departments are very helpful & nice to everyone. They won't push you to buy anything you don't need - I always end up knowing more than I did before, & often buy excellent recommendations. They ring you out quickly & there is always someone offering to help you if you need help. Their selection is also unmatched. I always enjoy the positive shopping experience in that department.

The newer staff here seem to be a lot better than what they used to have. Normally, my wife goes along with me to pick out new polos for golf as I usually just grab whatever I see at walmart haha! She was away on a trip with her sister from virginia so my first time buying nice shirts she would approve of was intimidating to say the least. But, one of the helpful staff members 'Sam' made it an absolute breeze! I was able to find nice polos in a bit larger sizes which I normally can't find anywhere in department stores but he was extremely knowledgeable and prompt! I've been here before where I seemed lost. Where an employee would not be able to be found for 30+ minutes. It seems to be turning around here at this location and I will be back again. Thanks again Sam!!
