Big Lots

I've always loved Big Lots, I've missed it since it closed in Putnam, CT. Clean store, friendly, handicap accessible, handicap parking.

The best Big Lots I've been to! Very organized and they have everything I need all the time!

I love this store! The staff is incredibly friendly and always happy to help me and the boys. The store is clean and tidy makes it easy for us to run around and try all the displays. The Easter stuff was unique and we always leave with a new treasure that you can't find anywhere but maybe online. We get lost here for hours at a time and they are just really cool about it! Highly recommend on rainy days!

Seems like a new location. Not a lot of people on a Sunday. The store was clean, organized, and fully stocked.

This is a great place to stock up on dry goods. They accept SNAP benefits too. I have gotten some amazing deals on brand name healthy food here. They also have reasonably priced home goods, vitamins, health and beauty and cleaning products. I love this place and it's right near the Auburn Mall.

I was in there on 08/08/21 and I was beyond impressed by the customer service I received by your cashier Michelle. She told me to check my email for coupons upon checking out, sure enough I had some coupons and saved almost $20. She really went above and beyond and gave me a great experience. You don't see customer service like that anymore, thank you Michelle for making my day!! I appreciate you!!

I was assisted at the cashier's booth by Louis, he was pleasant and helpful. In general store associates always busy, maintaining merchandise racks and very attentive to shopper's. Store also offer a military discount for those veterans looking for some discounts.

I like this store a lot pardon the pun! Wide assortment of seasonal goods. They have a decent furniture section, housewares, linens, and grocery items. Also water and soda. The staff is helpful and they can be found around the store. They have a loyalty program that is free to join that gets you discounts and coupons towards purchases. The hours are good, check it out.

It's always clean and the staff are polite and friendly. And they always have a wide variety of items, styles and brands to chose from, it's always a good place to hit up during the holidays.

Never a bad time in this place, local and the selection of items is great. Staff greets you as you walk in and are a genuine pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend if you need furniture or food maybe hygiene products or general house hold items.

It's usually not very busy in the morning. I like to come here for things I need, but forget to buy until they are smacking me in the face. Big lots is good at that.

Also 2 dollar hand soaps, 10 dollar cotton sheets, weird brand name chips that are extra salty. I'm down for that.

I wish the isles were wider, but that is just pandemic mindset.

Varity of things. My husband bought a , Bureau there Nd he loved it. We also bought a cot there and we like that also. You can get good things there if you look.

This is officially my favorite big lots. It's wayyy better than the old Worcester one that closed, better than Gardner and

Fitchburg combined.
Got a Dunder Mifflin t-shirt for 75% off (final cost $2!) And a bike for my 8 year old at 75% off (final cost $17+change!!)

Also had some amazing clearance furniture deals, like almost unbelievable. A reclining loveseat with the little cupholder console thing in the middle original $699 but floor model was on clearance for $219!

If you time your purchases right you can use their '20% off your entire order' coupon (shows up a few times a year) and those can be stacked with your big rewards discounts so it ends up being a wicked steal when it was already too good to be true to begin with.

This store is usually very clean, and not too crowded. The employees are always very nice to me and it usually is a well stocked store (I was just there and it was very empty, I assume from Covid-19). It's overall a great store with great prices.

This is probably one of the best and biggest big lots I've been to. They have an outstanding furniture selection compared to other locations and the store layout was easy to follow (covid arrows 😉).

Good prices very friendly customer service. We always end up spending more because the deals are so good.
