They were great landlord/property managers for me over the last year+. Ehrlin was responsive and helped out every time there was something needed.

If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and find another option. The staff at Space Coast Realty were very unprofessional, failed to keep their appointment, and tried to lie their way out of it. When we called them out on it, they even hung up on us. Avoid the unprofessionalism and lack of reliability displayed by Space Coast Realty.

First of all Erland is amazing. He is probably the only good part about this company. Brenda on the other hand might be the most unprofessional and unethical realtor I have ever met. It astounds me that people like her are allowed to be in these kinds of positions in business. She will only contact you when she needs something and will hang up on you if challenge her on anything. Stay away from this place. Brenda does not deserve your business.

I rented a place for 4 years and only 1 time i had a person visiting who was disrespectful, instead of something being told to me so i (an adult) could fix the situation. I got a call from brenda saying the office ( i thought complex office) wanted an apology letter. Now how do i look apologizeing for another adult when i did not know there were issues because they were not brought to my attention. Brenda is a horrible person that thinks she deserves respect when she does not give any. And she refuses to acknowledge when she is wrong and apologize. I would never go through her ever. But her staff is awesome.

Unacceptable behaviour by Mrs Brenda Muh/ Racial discrimination with Indians

This lady has no respect for her customers neither her employees. She sent some inspector to my home without prior notification or my permission. Even though I told her I will not be home for next 2 hrs she forced them to come to the house and get the necessary work done.
And when I called her and told her why she did that she literally shouted on me without letting me say anything as she will not let you speak at all and eventually she hung up on me.
She is a very very very mean lady and she talks to me in such a rude behavior because i am an Indian.

The person greeting you at the door has an attitude problem. If the owner allows such a person at greeting his or her customers, then I can only imagine. I exchanged a few words with this person, made a u-turn, and left. Later I went home and wrote this review about my experience at Space Coast Realty.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. Worst realty office ever. I have had the unfortunate experience of working with them in rental property and purchasing and nothing has every been pleasant about the experience.
