Dollar Car Rental

Easy peasy. Fast and simple check-in and return. Car was very clean. I would rent again. Counter person "Sunny" is an absolute delight and a true asset in today's world.

Sunny stayed late just for me since my flight was delayed. She assured me over the phone, in a very pleasant and friendly manner, that she would. Once I got there, a little after closing, she greeted me with a smile and whisked me through the rental process. Upon dropping off the rental, there she was again, with a smile and sunny disposition. Her name fits her.
Oh, the car was clean and like new. No issues there either.

I called Dollar counter at Melbourne FL Airport to be sure we understood what would be required at the counter on the day of car pick-up and how to return car prior to staffing hours and I was assisted by KAM who not only answered all the questions succinctly but also asked me questions regarding the renter and the coverages I purchased to be sure the information she provided was as comprehensive as possible. Kam is one of the BEST customer service reps I've ever dealt with from ANY car rental company! Thank you Kam!

Sunny is a great employee!! Kind, warm and welcoming. To be quite frank I am new to this whole business traveling thing and this has been very chaotic for me. Sunny was exceptionally nice and deserves a promotion.. Kam was kind of rude and did not want to accept my personal insurance with Farm Bureau but did afterall and gave us the best car upgrade..loved it..a Ford Bronco Sport. Very smooth and easy to drive. If I didn't love my Rav 4 XL so much..the Bronco would be a close second choice. Loved this small airport..way better than Mco for traveling with 2 handicapped family members.

What a terrific and helpful Ms Kam was at Dollar Car Rental at MLB airport in Melbourne FL. She had a patience of a saint to help me resolve a prepaid insurance matter on the rental.

Both agents are definitely public relation assets to the Dollar car rental business.
They should be commended for their job well done . I will rent from Dollar Car rental again thanks to these two agents .
