Alamo Rent A Car

I returned my rental car to the Alamo location at the Melbourne Airport last week, and when I arrived home I realized that I inadvertently left my personal Sun Pass transponder in the car. I called the Alamo office at the Melbourne airport, and a very pleasant gentleman said he would check and see if he could locate it. Within an hour I received a phone call letting me know that they had found my transponder and that they would be sending it back to me, which they did incredibly quickly. I cannot express my extreme gratitude to the team at Alamo Car Rental Melbourne Airport for helping me out. I'm incredibly impressed!!!

Friendly, efficient, helpful, fast. Vehicle was clean with full tank. I've received a complimentary upgrade.

Excellent service. The car was almost brand new and just what I needed. Quick collection. Had a problem with the battery on the key fob and the airport branch arranged for me to visit a local branch to get it renewed. Easy return at the airport just a couple of minutes. Recommended.

The customer service we received from Bob and his manager at Melbourne Orlando Airport was absolutely fantastic. While there were a number of issues with our rental. Bob was amazing at addressing our concerns and for this reason I’d be more than happy to book with them again.

The young lady at Melbourne Orlando Alamo desk when we landed (20th of sept) was absolutely brilliant, friendly and happy even though our flight was delayed and she had to stay late. I cant say enough what a asset she is to Alamo. She was also the same lady working when we returned our car, 2 weeks later and again, friendly and happy. I didnt get her name but she was a young lady with tattoos on her arms. I would like to say to her that our holiday start and ended with a big smile due to the effort and friendliness she gave.

Picked up the rental at the Melbourne Fl airport. The staff was courteous and friendly. We had issues with the vehicle and had to exchange vehicle in Philly

Great service from the Alamo team. Everything was explained, ready and waiting for us. We had a small issue that we reported, the response was quick and couldn't have been more helpful. I'd deal with Alamo again with no hesitations.

Rented a Mini-Van for my wife and me and my son's family of 4 for the week in Melbourne, Florida. We had a great time and the vehicle performed wonderfully. Got great gas mileage. We had set the rental up a few weeks in advance and the service we received from Alamo was outstanding. I am a member and it certainly pays to go "Alamo" when you need to rent a vehicle.

Very easy pick up at Melbourne Airport. Very easy drop off at Miami Airport with Darius. Darius checked us in fast and gave us directions to get to the airport.

Hired a Medium sized SUV at the start of June. Car was like new only 3000 miles. Was greeted by Polite and professional staff. We will be using Alamo again for returning visits.

The price is awesome ! Especially compared to budget. They have an after hours drop box. And you can use a debit card/bank card if you have a return itinerary. I wish I could remember the women who helped us out but we literally were stranded at the airport because budget only accepted major credit cards so they wouldn't fulfill our reservation. She was such a life saver setting us up with a rental car !

Always friendly and knowledgeable rental agents. I will always choose Alamo for my car rental needs. They've saved me many times, like when another agency didn't have enough cars even though I had reservations with that other company. They've come through last minute when a friend's car broke down while we were out of state, and they're prices are always comparable for the vehicles they have. I even received a free upgrade last time from them. They are hands down, the best company I've used. And I've had to get rental vehicles a lot for my traveling softball teams.
