Not very organized...I have some problem getting paid 4 work I've done

If I could write 0 stars I would. There lease and how they treat people is terrible. If you put a safety deposit you will not get it back. Mold invested buildings. I notified them multiple times and never had a response back. I have asthma and my breathing health is terrible now living in there the past year. The water was shut off every month. Maintenance guy would come unannounced and shut the water off and just leave. Do not recommend going through this establishment. A year experience and it was hell

One star is almost too generous when you get given a dusty, moldy, and dirty from the previous tenants property that continually has the water shut off without warning from both the city and “maintenance”. My partner and I’s breathing has significantly worsened living here and even after notice of the problem, they did nothing to fix it and our place practically turned into a petri dish. All that and still barely a fraction of our deposit back even after giving the property back better than we got it. Do not recommend this business.

Tried working with Martin Riley and he cursed my fiance out because he didn't want to "waste" 2 hours of his day on us after he told us he would work with us 2 days before. Never using a company that hired such unprofessional and rude realtors.

I’ve given this place multiple chances. I called one day inquiring about a property and the lady answering the phones responds back with a “yeah what about it?” Okay, I then proceeded to ask if it’s pet friendly any pending applications etc. she completely ignored me and told me if I’m interested to put in an application. So the next day I get a return call from a Marty, at first nice guy. We had spoken on Thursday to set up a viewing for Saturday, I called Friday to confirm this, and he told me he would call me Saturday around 12 with a more specific time, I called him at 130 asking if our scheduled viewing is still a go, and he tells me he’s with clients and he’s too busy, but he can show it Sunday... so I would have to take another day off work. It would have been nice to get a call letting me know he couldn’t meet our scheduled viewing, and altogether I felt pushed aside again.. I told him I would not use this company again, and his response was okay thanks. My advice, go somewhere else.
