AT&T Store

As two "older" customers, we need special patience and understanding when dealing with transferring from our outdated phones to newer ones. My husband and I are VERY grateful to our ultra-awesome tech/sales guy, Elijah Bailey, for helping us make the best choices for our budget as well as for his extraordinary support and patience is helping us make the transfer! Understanding that upgrading phones can sometimes be a huge hassle, Eli made this an enjoyable and productive experience with no anguish! Thanks so much for a great experience, Eli. The day before I came to this store, I had bought the iPhone 14 Pro at the Airport Rd location where I felt rushed and was asked to complete the data transfer/software update at home.. just to have my old phone deactivated & the software update to freeze for 12 hours..

Being without a functioning phone, I went to the Tunnel Rd store the following day & was assisted by Gary. I was at the store for about 2 hours total to fix the issue, and the entire time Gary was extremely receptive to my concerns, patient, personable & effective!! I highly recommend : )

Taylor was a great help and resource to all of our questions. I've had first net for a while and finally got our home set up with fiber- best decision ever. Thanks to Taylor for presenting the information in a way that was simple and straightforward!

Because it's almost impossible to get anything Resolved with AT&T online And phone customer service. I went to the store where my issues were resolved within five minutes. The store is a much better experience!

My granddaughter dropped her phone and the screen smashed into smithereens! Once the screen was replaced, we took it to AT&T. Taylor was friendly and patient—even though we were the last customers of the day. He helped re-set the phone completely. Kudos to Taylor! He exemplifies excellent customer service!

The AT&T store on Tunnel Road in East Asheville awesome customer service my phone was stolen and they made sure I got a new one and made sure it was activated in a quick and easy way. Always have a great experiences at that location…

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Hunter was extremely kind, and very helpful. He made the process of adding a line and getting a new phone up and running super painless. We’ve had issues with other AT&T stores in the past, but we’re very glad we chose to go to this one today.

I had 4 phones and an iPad. None of which had been backed up in months and 2 of my phones hadn't been upgraded since 2017 or 18. The whole team was amazingly helpful. I was there from approximately 330 to 8. They went above and beyond to accomplish my digital needs.

John was an excellent employee and a true asset to the ATT corporation. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable. We came in the store to turn in my deceased mom's phone. I was very heavy hearted about doing this and he made it a smooth transaction and I was able to keep her phone. There isn't enough words that could express my gratitude.
