We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication that Breanne and Joe provided to us. They tirelessly pressed Allstate to do the right thing and replace our damaged roof.

When Allstate refused to cover our roof to stop further leaking, that occurred after 3 months of trying to get them to approve our claim, Joe came out and securely covered it for us. Months of rain and wind, and the tarp stayed secured and helped protect from further indoor damage. They were very communicative and supportive to me while they continued to fight for the claim after my husband left for a deployment.

The day of the replacement was smooth, and they came in and completed the job in less than 11 hours. As expected, it creates quite a mess during the process, but they left nothing behind and it looked like nothing had even happened by they time they left! The roof looks great, and was replaced just in time for the next storm!

This company was committed to helping us and for that we are extremely grateful. We will always recommend them to all our family and friends with roofing needs!

Where do I start.i had another company give me an estimate for my roof before I heard of Branden. A good friend of mine had his roof done by him and highly recommended that I call him. Branden and Joe came out to inspect and suggested I call my insurance company to have an adjuster come out. The adjuster came out and denied the claim. So I had planned on going back to the original estimate and have the other company do the work because I already knew what they wanted and what they were going to do. I thanked Joe and Branden for coming out but I had decided to go with first bid. Later received an email from Joe explaining what Elevated Roofing would do and gave me their estimate. It was significantly lower than company 1. So I called the first company and asked them a question. What were they going to do for me that Elevated wasn't for such a difference? They never answered that question. Their response was to offer to match Elevated bid. I'm no math genius but I do know what 2+2 add up to. They had tried to add a 20 per cent Christmas bonus to their paychecks at my expense. After some thought I called Joe and said let's do business. Within a week I had a new roof, some much needed repairs and after two days of heavy rain ,bone dry. Thank you Branden, Joe and Elevated Roofing.

I absolutely recommend Elevated Roofing Concepts! These guys are the real deal, I had contacted Chris because I needed a new roof for my solar project and he was extremely helpful, he helped me get my insurance company to approve the damages and the process was simple fast and I don’t have to do much! His customer service skills are bar none and I will be referring him to anyone that needs a roof! He’s is definitely an asset to Elevated Roofing Concepts! Give that man a raise!

Hello I’ve had problems with my ceiling leak in my kitchen for almost three months. My sister had just had her roof replaced and she gave me the number. I called the office of Elevated Roofing Concepts and I was told someone would call me and schedule an inspection. Later that day I got a call back and a gentleman by the name Christopher came out. I didn’t know the steps to take but he was as very knowledgeable. Christopher showed me my roof damages and I show him the leaks in my house. If anyone have state farm then you know how they don’t like paying for anything. Christopher was able to get State Farm to approve everything. Thanks Christopher your services was truly outstanding.

I am blessed to be working with Christoper and his crew. He is polite and professional. He follows through with what he says he will do. His crew was excellent, on time and did a great job. The new roof, gutters and downspouts looks great. He was able to get insurance to not only pay for a new roof, gutters and downspouts. But he also got my back porch approved and shed Christopher and his team are out here bight and early as he said they would putting the final touches in. I definitely will recommend elevated roofing concept to my HOA and when my neighbors ask i will say call Christopher with elevated roofing concept.

Gotta give this guy 5 STARS!! So normally we don’t respond to uninvited knocks at the door, but this one time we did. There was a nice gentleman Christopher at the door well groomed individual. We conversed a bit in reference to the 2 terrible storms we recently had. Shortly after he was on our roof, inspecting this guy comes back with drone footage totally flood me. Needless to say we needed a new roof I told him USAA is hard to deal with his reply not a problem. Two weeks later insurance calls we were approved. Lord the wife and I were SPEECHLESS. New roof, gutters and downspouts. We were even able to get new flooring upstairs. Overall again 5 STARS Christopher with Elevated Roofing Concepts is the man. Awesome! I generally don’t give 5 stars, but these professionals are true to their word! They completed the job in one day, and left my yard cleaner than when they started! I highly recommend them!!!!

My neighbor knew Steve and gave him a call for me. He came right out they same day he called him. Showed up hours later jump on the ladder and got on my roof to check to see where I had roof damage to cause a leak in my son bedroom ceiling during our storm on 10.11.23. He found a couple areas and took pics also of those areas. And came back two days in a row to fix those area. Also advise me that my roof needs to be replaced in a year or so. Friendly, very professional, and knows what to look for. I appreciate him for coming out.

Had previously done a roofing job for my daughter, so we had to give them a chance. Was super happy with how hard they worked to get the roof approved and completed with our insurance. Any time we have wanted to have a roof inspected at our home or previous homes we have called and they have come right out. They were diligent to het the insurance company the documentation needed and the job was done promptly and professionally. Have had them work on our rental property amd sent them to relatives homes to inspect when the area was hot by storms causing damage. Will worked with elevated for all my roofing needs and recommend them to everyone.
