I recently purchased a new house and basically was going to use the same policy as my last house. I called this Agency and spoke with Ellie and she went over my old policy with me line by line and explained everything so anyone could understand. I am so glad I never had an accident because I was so undercovered.
I received a great policy from Ellie and she has followed up several times regarding special discounts that I did in fact qualify for which saved me more money!!

Ms. Née did considerable research and found reduced rates with much better coverage for all 3 policies. She showed me, item by item, the better coverage at reasonable rates. I’ve never had anyone take the time to explain coverage the way she did. She completely understood her work and answered all my questions. She quickly completed all the correct paperwork, including cancelling the old policies so I didn’t have to deal with that issue.
