I had a great initial experience with Joy, their inside customer service representative. She scheduled me much quicker than expected. Our sump pump issue was solved in less than 3 hours after my initial call. Plumbing services aren't cheap these days, but their pricing was in range for the services rendered. I will definitely call them again if we have a plumbing issue.

Swan provided outstanding customer service, for exceeded my expectations. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. He fixed the immediate problem, identified related issues do that he was able to take care of potential problems due to poor water quality, thus avoiding unexpected repair problems for the near future. Atlanta Star Plumbing has consistently provided exceptional service to me for a number of years, and today was another example. Ewanrepresents your company extremely well and I hope he will be recognized and rewarded.

Justin was an excellent technician. He answered my questions and kept me informed on what he was doing. As a business owner having an issue with my office toilet, I felt very taken care of. I called because of an outdoor pipe which had frozen and then burst causing all house water to be turned off. It was a Sunday so I was not optimistic about getting somrone to come out. Star Plumbing answered their phone quickly and said they could have someone out in 90 minutes. Right on time, Ewan arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and investigated a few other non-critical potential problems and told me what should be done. Star and Ewan were outstanding and I will be using them again. We had a water main leak yesterday. The county watershed department came out (on a SUNDAY!) and identified the problem as a "private repair matter." We needed an urgent plumber and Britt was highly recommended by a neighbor. He came out this morning, quickly and efficienly repaired the leak and put everything back together. Would definitely recommend.

I’m replacing my dishwasher. Ewan removed and hauled away the old one. He checked the water shut valve, found it corroded and replaced it. And I had questions about my water heater, considering replacing next year. Ewan answered my questions, including explaining placement of tankless water heater. Ewan did a great job. I have already scheduled Atlanta Star Plumbing to perform plumbing needs when new dishwasher is delivered.

Ewan was so calming. Told me I did all the right things to shut off the water. Helped set up the impending repair. Appreciate him.
After the repair, I didn’t have water in any of pipes in house, Ewan came back and had to change out the Pressure Reducing valve. He started the dishwasher and washing machine for me. I had to leave him in house working. He is a wonderful man and worker, Atlanta Star is fortunate to have him on their staff.

Justin Surry of Atlanta Star Plumbing came by this morning, on time, w a courtesy call before arriving. He was polite and answered all my Qs. He located the problem, let me know what he found and then very quickly fixed! my hot water heater concerns. I was impressed with the service, but also important to me was the honesty shown by Atlanta Star Plumbing. I will be calling ASP for all future plumbing issues and I highly recommend them!!

Ewan it the ultimate professional! He's always thorough in both researching the issue and in explaining what needs to be done and why. It's very hard to find people to do work in your home that you can trust to do a good job. Ewan and Atlanta Star Plumbing are those people!

Called ASP on thanksgiving with an emergency plumbing issue at my moms. They sent out Ewan whom you should ask for by name because that guy is great. Now this company is permanently saved in my phone.
