We first worked with Lisa 7 years ago in our first move out of college into the Orlando area. We contacted her after many failed searches to find an apartment and within one day she found us an absolute perfect match within our budget! Little did we know, that 7 years later we would be coming back to Orlando and Lisa and Jenn would find us our dream home in Winter Park. In an insane market, somehow Jenn and Lisa were able to check all the boxes we wanted in our home and still do so within our budget and a sales price under the appraised value!! I was referred to Lisa and Jennifer by a friend when I inquired about a house I saw go on the market in St. Petersburg. Since I live in Orlando he referred me immediately to Lisa and Jennifer as they work in both markets, but also live in Orlando and St. Petersburg.

Within a couple of hours Jennifer and I were on Facetime doing a walkthrough of the house. She had already walked the house and was able to quickly and easily note any issues she could immediately see that I would want to address. She was very helpful in researching the area and helping me come to a number in line with what she saw in the market for me to offer.

Lisa at Property Girls is fantastic! My family and I needed a rental home fast and near downtown, she got us in the best home with everything we needed, within a week! We were looking to move from Orlando to St. Pete and Lisa & Jenn were amazing to work with throughout the process. Selling your childhood home is never an easy task. However Jennifer and Lisa made it more than easy. It was a wonderful experience. They treated us like family from the very first meeting. Never once did I feel like a client. They actually became our friends. They sold our house at full asking price a month before it was even on the market. I cannot recommend them more highly. UPDATE 2021:

It’s been a little over a month since The Keyseekers helped me close on my first single family house. I’d previous worked with them 4 years prior to buy my condo and just a few months ago to sell that same condo.

The buying experience this time around was completely different. Even in this fast paced seller’s market, they were able to skillfully navigate their way through hundreds of houses to find me some amazing options that eventually lead to my new home.

Jenn, Lisa, and Kirsti are the absolute best in the industry. They listen to their clients, even when we make off had comments. (I’m talking to you, uneven step down living room floors.) I don't even know where to begin. The Florida Property Girls are an outstanding team. Lisa and Jenn used there considerable knowledge of real estate and the Central Florida market to help me find my first home.

No question was too ridiculous for them. No challenge was too hard to overcome (and there were a LOT of challenges). Things that I never would have considered asking them to help me with, they did automatically and without hesitation. I would not have survived this process had I not had The Florida Property Girls to walk me through it.
