Absolutely the most professional and courteous staff I've ever met. I am greeted by the pharmacist on every visit and they never fail to have my medications in stock.

Unlike the "big boys," this is not a overpriced department store with an assembly line pharmacy in the back. It's a REAL pharmacy.
So glad I found them!

My family and I were visiting Manteo for vacation. I believed my 6 month old daughter developed an ear infection and ran to this pharmacy to get some help. The pharmacist, Brent, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what we should do, and pointed us in the right direction. The woman who rang us out, Elizabeth, was very empathetic and understanding. I am very thankful for both of them. Thank you!

I just have to say Kevin is the best pharmacist ever. My husband and I come in about 2 or 3 times a month and the staff and atmosphere always makes us feel more than welcome. Thank you for everything you all do!!

Island Pharmacy in Manteo, NC is locally owned by Kevin Phillips, and is an excellent place to get not only your prescriptions, but everything else one could possibly need from a well stocked drug store. And, they really CARE about their customers. They know you by name, and really want to help you. What more could you ask for in a drug store? Forget the chain stores and go find that personal service at Island Pharmacy in Manteo, NC.

Had to have script filled on vacation. They were accommodating and quick. The store has cute items to see while you wait. Cashier was super nice.
