Me and my new husband stayed there with our 2 kids to get married on Beach.
When we checked in it was friendly service, room was nice & clean. It was hot outside but room was nice & cool when we walked in. We also enjoyed the pool. It was a short walk to board walk or Beach. We will staying there again ❤

I highly recommend staying here. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The motel is steps to the boardwalk where there are several restaurants, rides, and bars. It is also steps from the beach. You can rent a beach chair and umbrella for $10 too! I am definitely coming here again!

Had a wonderful Saturday night stay. Such a great location and the rooms were super clean and tidy. Brittany was very accommodating, friendly and attentive to any requests or questions. Great staff all around. Will be back.
Carolina Beach is a great place to get away👏👏

Don't let this small motel fool you. This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Nicely decorated, easy access to the beach, and right across the street from The Sea Witch Tiki Bar. We are already planning on staying here for our next trip.

Sis and I stayed here for our Mother's Day weekend. We had the most amazing time. Rooms are very clean and service is amazing. Plus the restaurant is right across the street. We recommend this to anyone. We will be making another trip.

Excellent! Great staff. Easy access to the area and the beach. Very pleased with our 3 day stay. Staff was quite accommodating for a venue like this. We were quite pleased.

We love this motel. We have been coming to stay here since 2006. The employees are all very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very clean & efficient.

Adorable and clean room. Location was great to get to the beach. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be the handle on the door to access the beach was terrible. The lock would stick and was a huge pain.

What an awesome place this was. My husband and I stayed for a few days and really enjoyed ourselves.
The room was spectacularly clean and smelled amazing, the housekeeper even mopped the deck everyday.
The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything, we had a scooter which made getting around even easier.
From the observation deck to the private beach entry, all was perfect.
I didn’t get the chance to take a dip in the pool but it looked lovely as well.
It rained heavy our last night and I love the rain and was able to comfortably enjoy the breeze under the covered balcony in the chairs provided.
And most importantly the service, Joyce was amazing and accommodating in every way and the housekeepers were friendly, professional and seem to enjoy their work.
This was one of my favorites experiences and I can’t wait to return again!

Oh yea, definitely try the restaurant right across the road, the food was filling and delicious!

We stayed at the Seawitch on New Year’s Eve. The lady running the motel was super friendly. We arrived a couple hours early. While we couldn’t check in early since she was short staffed and the room wasn’t ready yet, she did allow us to remain parked there and gave us a parking pass. So we just walked the board walk and around the fresh water lake across from the ocean and got something to eat. The room was ready when we got back and it was very clean and smelled so good. Would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing experience at the seawitch Inn! The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! The staff is very pleasant and accommodating! Their location is in the perfect spot to visit the board walk and surrounding restaurants. The beach access is right there and the pool is 8 feet. 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely being staying here again!

This little gem is right on the beach and adjacent to the boardwalk. Anything you could want is within walking distance and it’s very peaceful and quiet. It’s an excellent value for the price and Joyce (and all the staff, tbh) are wonderful. The rooms are small but we found it charming for two. We will definitely return.

Joyce and the other staff were wonderful and inviting. The rooms were very neat and cleaned well. The staff also is very respectful of privacy and will call before entering your room.

The location could not be more ideal. Very close to everything and still far enough to not be crazy packed with people. The restaurant across the street had music in the evening that could be heard but was not too loud to be an annoyance indoors.

P.S. Also found a new show to watch (Florida Man) because part of it was filmed here.

My husband and I are annual beach trippers. We randomly select locations along the East Coast to visit and cross our fingers our room accommodations are habitable. I naturally selected the SeaWitch close to Dolphin Ln because the names are cool. Fortunately, so is the place! It’s small and perfect for our getaway. Joyce is beyond helpful, she is kind and always in a great mood. The room is very clean, the location is prime, and parking is convenient. 10/10 recommend!

This is probably Carolina Beach's best kept secret. A perfect location- on the edge of the boardwalk so easy access to all the fun stuff, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and noise unless it's a choice.

If you're looking for fancy luxury (aka stuffy and pretentious), this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking for a clean, updated, safe place for a casual beach vacation, it's perfect. It more than satisfied three generations for us.

The employees work HARD- their attention to detail, work ethic, and hospitality were impossible not to notice. Tip them well! They also gave some great recommendations for other local businesses that did not disappoint.

My mom and I stayed for 2 nights and will for sure be back. Joyce the owner was great and the room was super cute and clean. The beach and Seawitch Cafe were both so close and the food was amazing at the cafe! Can't wait to bring the whole family.

The room was perfect! Very cozy and clean. Super easy access to the beach. And had everything we needed(food, shops, etc) to make our vacation enjoyable.

But the biggest thing was the staff. Friendly, helpful, big, warm smiles at check in and checkout. We arrived a couple hours early, but we're allowed to check in early with no hesitation.

Antique, the staff member, went above and beyond with local recommendations and really made sure we enjoyed our stay. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Will definitely be back for our next beach trip

Sea Witch Inn was a great home away from home. It is a smaller and more personable hotel. Joyce (management) would ask how we liked our excursions to peir or nearby Kure beach. This is not something experienced at larger commercial hotels. Our room at SeaWitch was very clean. Even hard to see places like under the bed or behind refrigerator were spotless. Again, I think staff take time with rooms, rather than quickly cleaning more rooms at larger hotels. Quality over quanity. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from boardwalk. I also have to mention even though it is close to boardwalk, it is very secure and safe. A locked gate to access hotel from boardwalk. Parking is also right in front of room. I never had a problem finding parking. My kids really enjoyed the pool. 2ft area of pool (2-8ft, I believe) was perfect for my toddler. I would stay again in heartbeat.
