This is one of those places that has all your basic beach needs all in one place and you don't have to go far off the beach to get it. It's either your thing or its not. However this place gets the awesome rating because you can get a soda here for cheaper than the coke machine over by the mini golf (if that machine is even working). As to the comment on another review about the owner being rude, I have never experienced anything like that. Besides, the guy plays some of the coolest music on the boardwalk, so I'm going to call foul on that one!
