Best Buy

Place is always clean, well designed, and we'll staffed. I usually stop by here every few months to pickup items at their front desk. Usually in and out in less than a few minutes. Only thing I don't like about the area is the parking or other cars, but that's not their fault. Staff is always friendly and helpful. A business I enjoy seeing stay open through everything.

Thank you to Collin for helping us out the other day! He was so polite and funny and really explained the details of the sound bar we ended up buying. He also helped explain the differences between two laptops I was looking to get in the future and which one would be best for what I want to use it for. Thank you so much. Been wanting a new gaming PC for a while now. Bought a CyberPower PC and a monitor. Had some questions and needed some help on the floor and was GREATLY helped out by Kenneth! Helped me answer questions or concerns as well as find products scattered throughout the floor. Kenneth also introduced me to the BestBuy Total subscription, which saved me a TON of money on warranties, includes exclusive deals, 24/7 GeekSquad support, Free 2 day shipping, and included warranties for ALL technology and appliances in BestBuy. At first I really didn't want the subscription but a year long warranty for the PC was $20 less than the total subscription, so it was a no brainer to get the subscription which also covers the monitor I bought and future products that I now fully intend on buying from this BestBuy!

I was surprised that even with how busy it was I was in and out with a new TV in less than 30 minutes and I'm very happy with my purchase. I was happy with the service as well. The salesman actually listened to me and didn't try to push a TV or accessories I didn't want on me and got me exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be making more purchases at Best Buy.

Such a great experience! We worked Collin for most of the time to get my sister an iPad she’s been researching for a while. He was so helpful and friendly! When we went to check out, we met his supervisor, Joel, and Nick. The pair of them chatted with us while Collin put all of the information in. Great experience! KERRY single handedly made my visit epic. Talk about someone who takes pride in his work. Even had 2 registers running simultaneously while maintaining a smile. Went in for a coffee maker thinking just a standard stop, but left so so happy.

Went looking for a scanner. Found a combination copier, scanner, printer. The sales associate was very sweet, patient and brought a cart for us, he wished us a good day. Customer service was sincere and respectful. We appreciated that.

Purchased a laptop on sale really great specs. Geek squad maxed out (doubled) the ram for only the cost of the ram, no installation cost. Best Buy has really improved their customer experience.

Ordered a couple things off the website really early in the morning for locker pickup. I went out that afternoon running errands and stopped by to pick up my items. Accessing the locker took all of like 30 seconds and my items were neatly bagged up and ready to be taken to my car. No hassle whatsoever and I think I was in the Best Buy parking lot for less than 5 minutes total. The items I received were exactly as advertised and I've had no issues with any of them. All in all, a great shopping experience.

Springfield MO location. If you need to find someone to assist you with Television purchasing, go see Megan. Was very impressed with her and her knowledge was very good. We purchased that 85" samsung with the sound system. The visit was great, no sales pressure, just advising us to help make the right purchase. That is the way I want to buy something. A personal advisor there to help me make the right decision in a good environment.

I gave the boot to Walmart and Amazon. Best buy has saved the day for me more than once. They have turned horribly and difficult situations into pleasant and fast situations and I wish I turned to them sooner for my tech needs. These people literally saved Christmas for us this year. I am beyond grateful. We are always treated so well, and they seem to always have what I'm looking for.

I don’t know if it is just the glenstone Springfield MO location but their customer service is supreme. I am a hard person to satisfy. As long as the service they give here remains the same… everything tech I buy will be purchased here. Thank you Best Buy team and geek squad!!!

Seems to be a great place. I have been here numerous times. I have had honest service and helpful service. I feel like they Geek Squad workers I have worked with are since in the advice and help they try to give me. I think you that it is a place worth going. The other workers have been helpful and friendly as well. But I do say this, don’t go in if you don’t want to spend money.

Best Buy is my favorite store in Springfield, Missouri. Great location and huge selections of helpful products. The staff is very wise, kind and friendly as well. They always make you feel right at home 🏡 Best Buy reeks of excellence!!! I always leave there with the coolest 😎 🧸🔫toys.

My family and I came in yesterday afternoon to get a new gaming monitor for our nephew, and wasn't able to find the one he was wanting. We were instantly greeted by an employee by the name of Coltan, who wasn't only extremely courteous, he was also patient and very informative with helping us find a monitor that was actually better than the one we were looking for! By the end of the day, we ended up getting a new monitor and being informed of the difference in keyboards ( which I didn't even know was a thing), which led to us grabbing a keyboard as well. Thanks for all your help Coltan, would definitely say he deserves a raise, representing your company in such a great way!

Walked in two days before Christmas only knowing the name of the contraption that I needed. Very helpful and pointed me right at the item. I was in and out like Santa. Thank you BEST BUY!

Fast and courteous, always appreciate their questions, answers, and help. We have a good branch in springfield and I appreciate the want to help at the door. Buying or not they're always professional and have something to talk about.

Very customer friendly store. Great customer service here. I need both Apple and Windows for work and life, so it took me a while to find the right setup. The staff was very helpful and understanding when I needed to return a device that didn't suit my use case. Dawson helped me straighten things out on a few occasions so I got exactly what I needed. He is a great guy there that will help you with whatever you need. Depending on your level of experience and comfort with technology, I would say It's worth it to sign up for the store memberships because there are people here that will actually help you get what you need or want. Just watch out for the 14 day return policy, but they're still the best place to buy new tech online or in person for the customer service you can count on here.

This store is friendly and nice. I hate going to this store, way to many items my eyes see and want. Can't Spend too much time there my wife would kick me to the curb.
