Publix Super Market at Kennesaw Walk

Picture this, you walk into the grocery store. The lights are bright, the floor is clean. The staff greets you as you walk in the door. That is this Publix. Don't get me wrong, they are not perfect. Particularly about online orders. I have had a few sandwiches that were just not right. I am a person with food allergies, when I brought it to their attention they were very apologetic and fixed the sandwich (this has happened a few times.) I did make a special order, I came to the store, smelled the fresh bread. Made my way to the counter with alacrity... and they forgot my order. But to their credit the had it the very next morning. So great job Publix!

I went to this place to grab a sub before I worked at Operation Christmas Child. The guy who helped me was incredibly kind, like more kind than anyone else I've met. I just wished I could tip. I don't know his name, but I just want to bring some recognition to him. Also, the sub was amazing. Italian white, toasted bread, mayo, spicy mustard, tomatoes, banana peppers, olives, spinach, finishing with red wine vinegar and olive oil. The best (in my opinion) recipe for a Publix sub.

I had a great experience stopping by as this location is well organized! The staff is great and the food quality is great too! I highly recommend!

Like all publix, this one is very good. The most friendly staff ever encountered in a supermarket, and I’ve been to a lot. 42 states and 31 countries. Bakery could have more variety, but that’s a common complaint of mine at all publix. They redeem themselves by having nice balls of freshly kneaded pizza dough.

One of the best supermarket in the Kennesaw area. Fresh food and great customer service.

Big shout out to the butcher for giving me updates on beef prices and explaining how to buy meat for my family. Great help in the produce dept. purchasing mangoes.

This store is clean and well organized. I wish my local Publix was this nice.

It’s not easy finding a place that sells Breyers brand ice cream that stocks coffee flavor. I called customer service who happily checked their system inventory. He said it showed 3 in stock but wanted to go actually see if they were physically there before letting me off the line. I arrived to the store and couldn’t find them, if it were a snake.... The same gentleman came over to point them out for me and I ended up buying 2. I know it didn’t win a huge sale for Publix today but I always have a wonderful customer service experience there. And it’s Always so clean! Also, there were plenty of lines open to avoid having to wait in a long line.

This Publix really brings to heart the motto, "Where shopping is always a pleasure." Great bakery staff and deli staff. Everything is always fresh, especially the produce. Always happy to shop here and get out quickly when ready to check out unlike their competitors where I have to schedule an extra 20 minutes into the trip for check out.

I had to fax something and the fella at the customer service desk was SO sweet! I love Publix BOGO and the super clean and organized stores. Such professional kind employees!

Jesus was SO amazing. I placed a pickup order and it was almost two hours late (not the stores fault) and he let me go ahead and have my deli sandwiches from my order and even brought them out to the car for me. So friendly and sweet! Truly appreciate him.

Friendly staff, great selection of meat and produce. A bit pricey but if you use the app to take advantage of the daily and weekly sales there are lots of savings to be had.

Nice people, home type store. Old carts for handicapped. This is a real problem. Very limited handicapped parking.

Unfortunately my insurance company quit using my normal pharmacy Kroger and I had to switch to Publix. So I'm not in a public shopper so going in my first time the store is very clean every employee I came across was courteous helpful they have asked could I helped you did you find everything okay I just quite a different Outlook than what I'm used to. And I found that to be a very welcoming feeling. The pharmacy people or excellent took care of me got all my prescription transferred no problems at all

Homero, a bakery worker, was absolutely amazing! He was able to prepare and write ( With AWESOME handwriting ) a lovely message on my selected cake. He was thoughtful and welcomed me. I would totally come back, and will!
