Brandi is without question the best business person I have ever worked with. She not only went over every detail of the work she would do to replace our roof; she also worked extensively with my insurance company to get from them every assurance needed to make the repairs necessary, and had the insurance company validate and secure the claim. The work of roofing was done in a day and it's the best work that's ever been done on any house that I have owned. I told my wife recently that I wish Brandi owned an asphalt company, a plumbing company--in short, every company I would ever need to take care of my home--because we can depend on Brandi's reliability and the expert workmanship of her crew.

Our overall experience with Grace Roofing Group was great. Brandi (owner) and Hunter (sales) were not only knowledgeable about all aspects involving the actual roofing services they offer, but were also very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with our insurance claim after our roof was damaged in a hail storm.

Highly recommend Grace Roofing. After another roofing company told us we didn’t have much damage after a big hail storm, Brandi and Keith stopped by and offered to take a look. They were able to show me plenty of damage. They helped with insurance claim as well. Their workers were great and completed taking off old roof and installing new one and cleaned up within the same day. Brandi was very good with communication about schedule and everything.

Had grace roofing come out for replacement of roof vent which was leaking and owner personally walked me through it and met her . Great workmanship and fair pricing. Other projects on horizon and I will call on them.

We could not be more pleased with Grace Roofing Group! They take care of everything and we mean everything. They worked with our insurance company because they are so professional in their service. We needed a complete re-roofing on our garage due to wind and hail damage. They scheduled the replacement one one day but an issue arose and they came out very early the next day and had the whole roof done within less than 3 hours. It looks GREAT! We were so pleased with the outcome if we could go 10 stars we would. We HIGHLY recommend this group for all your roofing needs!!!

Let me tell you something. Only reason Grace Roofing got 5 stars is because that’s all that’s allowed. Love these folks. Professional, courteous, and on time response. There was no chasing on my end here. They really pushed the envelope with my insurance company on what they saw and confirmed on damage compared to what the insurance company didn’t want to deal with. When roofing day came, they were quick, absolutely no damage, clean up was great without me having to go behind they came back out to make sure I was happy with the install. Can’t beat these guys! 110% recommend!

They were phenomenal! Talked to 10 companies after the storm. The other companies were only interested if I was approved for a new roof from the insurance company. Grace offered to do some small repairs at a reasonable price whether or not I was approved by my insurance company and performed those repairs in a day. So when I was approved for a new roof they were the obvious choice. Their work was excellent, got to it promptly and completed it i one day. They worked diligently and professionally!

We needed our roof replaced and Grace Roofing did a great job. They were professional and they cleaned as they went along. They offered a variety of colors to choose from and offered great service highly recommend this company.

I never respond to door to door solicitors. Brandi Greeson caught me as I was pulling into the driveway after work. In a very concise and direct way, she explained that due to the recent storms, I could very likely have my roof replaced and they are offering free roof inspections. After the 15 minute inspection, they showed me the damage and said I should file a claim. Brandi stayed while I opened the claim with the Insurance company (that very evening). It took about 3 months of back and forth with the insurance company (grace roofing handled all the haggling) and with Grace Roofing's' expertise, they took additional pictures and Cited the specific Code for the claim and after it was all said and done, the insurance company agreed to replace the roof, including the sheeting. The work, was better than I expected. The roof looks flawless. My only cost was my deductible, and the sizeable tip that the installation crew received for doing such outstanding work. Brandi is driven, and the Quality of work is excellent. I cant say enough about the service and the finished product. You will not go wrong with Grace Roofing!!

I had a few leaks and Russell came and patched them as the rest of the roof still had a few years. Two years later I called Russell and he was quickly responsive in getting the job done and with no issues. I didn't hesitate to call Russell again when my investment property needed a new roof. Not only a new roof but some framing with in the roof as well was repaired without an extra charge. Russell is very professional, prompt, and trustworthy. He cares about the customer being 100% satisfied with the end result.

Grace Roofing Group recently installed a new roof on my home. From start to finish they did a fantastic job. The owner Brandi is very professional and easy to work with. She handled my insurance claim and was able to help me receive full reimbursement for a new roof. Not only did Grace install the roof, they also pressure cleaned my porches, driveway, and sidewalks as part of their package. Highly recommend Grace Roofing!!

I contacted Grace Roofing Group about inspecting my roof and there was an area that needed to be replaced/repaired.
I met with the inspector who showed me pictures of the area in question and advised me of what would need to be done. They completed an estimate and scheduled the repairman for the next week.
Upon completion he showed me the finished work product of what had been done in the area where the shingles had been replaced.

Everyone I worked with was very professional and courteous. Hopefully the roof I have will last several more years. However when it needs to be replaced I will definitely call this company to evaluate and price the replacement of the entire roof.
Phone calls or emails were always promptly returned. I would definitely use this contractor again.
